Staff were absolutely amazing.

This was an amazing Villa that far succeeded the expectations of myself and my 7 friends that I stayed with. The Villa is incredibly beautiful and clean, and we felt very secure and safe. The 2 pools are a great size and the breakfast each morning was amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful and assisted us with anything that we needed. I would highly recommend this Villa and we will definitely be returning.

The property is clean and it has a big beautiful nicely landscape garden . It has two swimming pools and they always keep both the garden and the pools clean. All rooms are comfortable. The staff are always there when you need them. They are very helpful and always tried their best to fulfill our requests. Thank you Pak Made, Gusti, Ayu and Yuli for making our family holiday in Bali a truly memorable one.

The entire experience start to finish was amazing. The amazing staff catered our every need and request, from the amazing breakfasts every day to booking our little trips and experiences. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The rooms are huge and so neat, each room has its own private toilet that has amenities restocked daily. The outdoor shower and the 2 swimming pools (1 heated one normal) were perfect for relaxing. The Villa staff booked us a personnel Yoga session and also the sunrise Mt Batur Volcano hike.

Eight of us were picked up at the airport complements of the Villa in 2 People movers . The Manager and Butlers were at the Villa to welcome us when we arrived at 10.30 pm which was unexpected and provided us with some refreshments. Two more of our party arrived at 2.30 am and the villa security escorted them to their room. Ten of my immediate family ranging from 6 months to 65 years stayed for 7 days to celebrate my 70th birthday held at the villa and the staff were so friendly and accommodating at all times with daily butler service commencing at 7 am and continuing all day until 11 pm when security staff took over. Daily breakfast consisted of fresh pastries, cooked hot meals, fresh local fruits, fresh squeezed fruit drinks, tea and coffee. I ordered all the appraisers, entrees, main meals, sweets, and birthday cake and drinks through discussion with the Villa manager settling on local delicacies including curry puffs, samosas, lentil balls, satay beef and chicken, whole BBQ pig, fish, prawns, beef curry BBQ chicken and local vegetables. The villa chef prepared and cooked the food on and off site and we enjoyed it all. I chose the villa because it reminded me of the home I lived in as a child in Singapore in the early 50's and i wanted my family to share this experience. The furnishings and pictures are from the early colonial era which makes it different and special compared to the many newer villas available now. We occupied 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms attached some with indoor/outdoor bathroom facilities. The lovely tropical garden and 2 pools completed the relaxed environment and I can say all who stayed really enjoyed the experience of the villa and staff and we were sad to leave. This villa is well located and it does not take long to find out the short cuts to walk to many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
