Absolutely everything about these Villas is beautiful. Just amazing! The staff were wonderful, breakfast great and the Villa my home away from home.

Amazing location in Seminyak. A lot of the feedback regarding the mosquitos has been taken into account with spray and coils being provided. Villa was perfect and clean could not recommend this place enough

The villa was gorgeous! Clean, perfectly presented, very modern and a great private pool area. The location was great and within walking distance from all the popular food and bars.

The mosquitoes were really bad. With the bathroom and toilet being outdoors (which we loved) we were constantly being bitten. We had to go out and buy our own repellent coils and light them daily to help try and get rid of them.

The cabinet is a little old, need to maintain. Too many mosquitoes. If you have sweet blood, it could be a struggle😬

Everything! The luxury, the amenities, the quietness of the location but still so close. The staff were very accommodating and the massages they organised were outstanding. Highly recommended.

We really enjoy our stay in the 2 person villa. Cool modern retro design with a pool that is bigger than the other villas we looked at. Did not try the food since it was short way to good restaurants for both breakfast and dinner.

The hotel team are so welcoming and accommodating. They were very attentive and whenever we would leave for breakfast the room would be serviced so upon our return we could enjoy the villa without being disturbed. The rooms are very clean and large in size. The pool is massive!

The bed, pool, location, staff, everything. Super clean. Rooms were massive.

The location is approximately 15minutes from the main seminyak road making the walk easy to breakfast and lunch. Note the walk is on a small laneway assess and can be dangerous at night.

Bathrooms were old and worn down, the air conditioning in the master bedroom lacked power and could not facilitate the warm weather during the day. The cleanliness of the pool upon arrival was not dirty and required a person to clean during the morning. The sliding doors were old and heavy making it very difficult to slide across each room.

The villa was so beautifully designed - from the adjacent pool, to the sunken and outdoor bathtub. The room is super modern (air conditioning, wifi etc), and is close to everything but also quiet. The staff were attentive and hospitable and made my stay really comfortable. Best value for a villa.

I travelled solo so it wasn’t a problem for me, but the bathroom is open air and the toilet is not discreet in terms of its location in the Villa which I can imagine may be a little awkward for some couples, however such a minor detail that can be easily worked around. I still highly recommend staying here.

The staff was super helpful. The place is quiet and beautiful. There is a small path going through some arch and plants. The walls around the villa provide a good privacy.

There were some issue with the electrictiy. We had a few short circuits which prevented my girlfriend to dry her hair. Nevertheless the staff was always ready to help.
