location, amazing views, plenty of space

bathrooms were average for cleanliness - just very tired

Amazing view, great location

Broken outdoor furniture, bed not too comfortable, curtains would be better than blinds, main bedroom is very bright in the morning as no blind/curtain over ensuite window. No aircon.

The location is amazing, the view is spectacular and the on-site managers are fabulous and very responsive.

The car park is a little tight for larger cars.

The view and position of the penthouse was the main feature of this apartment. The lift service was excellent. The lounge suit was fairly new but rest of décor was tired. The sunset from the back balcony were amazing.

Like us the apartment was well worn and could do with some TLC. For the weekly rate we expected more. We certainly would have expected matching crockery. There was only 3 adults in the apartment yet we didn't have enough tea/coffee cups to use throughout the day and one was shocked to think only one small sachet of washing up liquid was left to use and 1 tea towel, plus one dishwasher sachet of powder. It was the first time in all our travels over the past 17 years staying in what we refer to as above average accommodation that we had experienced so few essential items left to use. One small bath/spa bottle for 2 spas in the apartment. No small shampoo/conditioner but there was one small soap per sink. The Wi-Fi public hotspot internet didn't work and when we asked about it we were told there were internet places to go to. One expected better and dreadful that a public hotspot Wi-Fi was being used when booking a penthouse apartment. There were only 3 teaspoons, and the rest of the cutlery was very limited for 3 persons and didn't match. Also 4 slot toaster only had 2 slots working. Getting to the parking bay was a challenge and very glad we had a small car. Told reception about a tear in an outside patio lounge chair to be asked had we sat on it and broken it. As recorded on arrival it was like that. Carpets were quite dirty and well worn.

My husband loved the huge balcony and BBQ. It was close to coffee facilities, which we made daily use of.

I like to be able to hear and see the waves and this location did not allow this and I was not aware of this before going as I am not as familiar with this part of the coast. In addition our unit was on the second floor and did not allow a view across the ocean.

Fantastic location, view and apartment. Dealings with the Onsite manager were friendly and customer centric and the whole property you can tell was always cared for with an overall feel of professionalism. Adam

Good location with lovely views over the water. Cafes, restaurants and a small supermarket a couple of minutes walk from apartment, 5 minute drive to major shops and restaurants at Bulcock Beach. Very spacious apartment with great views over the water. Plenty of conformable seating. Very quiet lift with plenty of room for people and luggage. Excellent supply of cookware and utensils.

It was very cold at night. Majority of apartment had tile floors and there was only one fan heater for the whole of the apartment. Bedding was more suited to summer nights with no extra blankets supplied. Mattresses were uncomfortable and probably need replacing. Much of the crockery and cutlery was not very clean and we needed to wash them before use.

The location and views were outstanding. Made for a relaxing holiday watching the water activities and bird life from the balcony. Really situated in a good location.

The location is excellent if you have a vehicle ( we have stayed previously) Quietness and the managers were very welcoming. Spacious both inside and very good patio areas.

Really disappointed with poor condition of the major items such as the carpet, some of the outdoor furniture damaged and the crockery which was really poor.

Rooms were generous Kitchen equipped with kid friendly plates and cups Spacious and clean All things needed for a great stay washing machine/ dryer Oven and dishwasher Management were friendly and helpful

A little pricey for the stay
