The position and views are wonderful! And it’s not too big, a good size complex!

The property was clean but unfortunately there was thick dust on the wooden folding blinds for privacy between the bedroom & lounge room.

Great location with easy access to cafes and beach walks. Great water view. Helpful reception staff and cleaners. The reception manager did his best to allocate us to a better room and was helpful in the parking area. The pool and reception area were attractive.

The original room we were originally assigned had minimal water views despite specifically requesting this. The room and flooring throughout the complex is old and dated. Even the lift flooring needs replacing. I personally found the underground parking very tight and difficult. On arrival we had to park outside in the pouring rain to get the keys from reception. Phoning reception just went to message bank. There was a smell of vomit in the room entry throughout our stay, which was unable to be removed with sprays. The cleaners suggested it might be the drains! Caloundra is becoming too busy, and a huge building is being built at the rear this property with associated additional cars and machinery. Have been staying at Caloundra since the 1980s but will look elsewhere in future.

The units here are awesome, the top floor BBQ area is a great bonus. Nice and private with a view that has no obstructions or invasions from neighbours,

The accommodation and staff were great. We did have a neighbour downstairs who smoked on their balcony which went straight through our room.

Excellent location

Apartment requires renovation and modernising. Decor is very outdated and mismatched. Photos on website appear to be outdated. Cleanliness could use improvement, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Outdoor furniture needed cleaning and sink and bench on rooftop looked like it had not been cleaned for sometime. Very disappointing. Would not return.

The TV and Netflix - couldn’t connect

The location was beautiful right on the water such a great outlook. The waters edge was great my husband was able to sit and fish straight out the front And there were plenty of food options in the street

No milk in fridge for tea or coffee

The view and the shower had hot water.

The place room was run down and tired, there were cockroaches, furniture warn out, mould in showers and on wall, needs a complete refresh, and cleaners need to do their job thoroughly. It was definitely not a 2 bedroom executive apartment.

Spectacular ocean views. Staff were friendly & helpful. Bed was comfortable.

The cleaning of the room could be improved. One wall looked to have a large spray of coffee up it. I cleaned it. The hot tub had not been cleaned as I ran my finger over it & it collected scum. A few other cleaning issues but that were the main two.

Carparks tight if you own a bigger car, however unless your driving out of caloundra it will stay parked anyway.
