La struttura è stata una sorpresa!! Prenotata consapevole che era un due stelle ma non curante del punteggio alto. Camera un po piccola ma con ogni comfort! Frigo bar e cestino con snack più rifornito di un quattro stelle e con prezzi davvero bassi (più di un bar) Letto davvero comodissimo e bagno fantastico!!!

Ed in pieno centro e quindi il rumore della strada non passa inosservata

There was no breakfast included. Location is great. Easy access to historic town centre, sea front, even an office that I visited. Staff friendliness & facility cleanliness are biggest plusses.

The Single bed room on first night was like a prison cell, small & windowless. Had to change on 2nd night to a double room with a window view, at higher rate. The entrance & stairs look cramped. Your video is misleading for first time users.

The air con unit was needed but the bright blue light on the unit made it hard to sleep

I missed a place to sit when your small children are sleeping very early. But I’m not complaining about it, because the hotel was good.

The hotel location was perfect(birignole tren station 2 minute) and very clean...frendly personal..big and clean bathroom

Staff was very kind and helpful - Room was also very clean and organized.

There is a refurbishment on going but it was not bothering at all. Missing the lift but it probably will be solved with the refurbishment

Fantastic location, really friendly staff. We had a family room which was perfect as we were travelling with older kids. No parking on site but there is a large parking facility nearby which accommodated our large SUV. No breakfast but a handy coffee machine (like at a petroleum station) was perfect for the morning until we found a pasticceria. Would stay here again.

Location was great. We arrived on a Saturday and we’re able to avail of free parking on the street close by. Room was very clean and was kitted with a mini fridge (extra charge). Bathroom was beautiful and very modern and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. It is close to everything. Been using it the last 3 times I have visited the city. Staff is very friendly and they know english very well, which is not always the case in Italy. Breakfast is not an option here, but with so many great places right around the corner it is absolutely not needed. Can recommend!

Everything! Great location, 2 minutes away from the train station "Genova Brignole". Really nice and helpful staff. Quiet and modern room, good bed (the mattress could be a tiny bit harder, in my opinion) Large clean & modern bathroom. Super clean!

The location is fantastic, close to the city centre and the train station but also safe and relatively quiet. Nice decoration in the room, functional and spacious bathroom. Friendly staff.

The balcony outside the main window was renovated and was left at an unfinished state during my stay. Bathroom window was bringing in smell from the adjacent restaurants when left open. Price was extremely high for the category, but this was the case all around town due to obvious high demand.
