Liegestühle und Auflagen muss man extra bezahlen. Abendessen in Buffetform viel zu teuer. An der Promenade kaum Shopping und Essenmöglichkeiten. Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten vor Hotel.

Excellent service, great breakfast, perfect location.

Highlights were breakfast, restaurants and cafe, pool and sauna. The staff was very friendly and always received help when requested without any qualms or displeasure. General location of the hotel was lovely given it being in close victim to town as well as more rural, quiet and calm areas with fantastic scenery.

Room was a good size, but was met with some unmet expectations. The balcony view would've been lovely with better scenery or angle; could've just as well went without it. A wider range of pool options or an expansion would've been pleasing as well. Overall, in comparison to past experiences staying at hotels and resorts of this calibre, it didn't quite meet the mark, however it was still nonetheless.

A very nice but very big hotel near the promenade og the beach. The facilities on the hotel was excellent and the breakfast was superb... the little restaurant served excellent food and wines, and we were glad that we did not choose the buffet restaurant. The fitnesroom, spa, swimmingpool and different saunas were super.

it was very crowded especially at breakfast and we were not informed about how to use the spa/wellness facilities at check-in, which we found unsatisfactory as this was our first spa & wellness stay.. When we tried to book some of the offered treatments we were told that everything was booked and that the first possibility for a treatment would be 2 days after our departure.. It would really have been nice to know that we should have booked the treatments at the same time as we booked the hotel.. very disappointing :-(... and the staff was in general not very serviceminded
