This is a cute hostel located in a small town. The building is beautifully renovated and the room was well equipt. The receptionist was lovely!

If you are coming from the train station it can be quite a walk (slightly uphill), and make sure to take the quieter roads to get there or take the bus! On the first night, I was the only person there and some rubbish was left by previous people. Apart from that it was a positive experience!

What a fun place to wander around, and its location couldn't be better! Very friendly staff as well.

The cleaning staff was cleaning the room before checkout time and a guest was still occupying the room.

Clean, spacious, quiet, friendly neighbour, lovely breakfast, helpful host Sarah. We loved the fact that its in a little village and enjoyed walking around and seeing some breathtaking scenery.

just be aware that it is several km out of Tirano, all uphill… we decided a taxi would be best for us… but apparently there is a local bus or of course a long walk or bike ride.

bike garage, so i could clean and fix my bicycle before climbing the bernina pass. fine room, bathroom and beds. tea provided and a fridge.

it was very weird: i had to open the door with a code and i was the only person in the entire hostel. for the entire night and the next morning there was no single other person around (neither guests nor staff). not a big deal for me but an dead empty hostel in a very quiet village could feel a little strange. furthermore there was one slept bed in the room that had not been cleaned.

Very beautiful location in the middle of a tiny village on top of a pictorial hill! Everything is perfectly clean and tidy.

A MUST: the owners, although already solicited, should definitely explicitly write on the website that one is supposed to independently enter the facility and the room, although with nobody being present in the reception in the afternoon hours. Kudos to the receptionist who helped out the following morning. Also, thicker pillows would be highly welcomed!

Not far from Tirano in a quiet little village.It is accssible by walking : 1 hour from Tirano.

Wonderful hospitality and very nice owners. I would return here in a heartbeat. The place was very clean, had a garden and a study area, excellent breakfast, and great size for the room[s] (shared dormitory). This place is a hidden gem as far as I'm concerned. It was interesting to learn about and try some of the owner's handcrafted items. It was a genuine pleasure to get to know him.
