Very cozy small hotel a short walk from the beach We have never had such exceptionally friendly hosts!

Free parking in front of the facility. The breakfast was perfect! The Oslo room was great, clean, and warm. Shampoo smelled like mint and there was a cute orange SMEG refrigerator in the room! The staff was very polite and smiling :)

The room was clean, beautiful and spacious. I would have loved to receive a room with a four poster bed as in the presentation photos. Even so, the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was really good.

The distance to the historic center of Sirmione is big therefore you need to use transportation or your own car.

Everything was perfect!!! A BRAND NEW family owned hotel, the rooms are fabulous, very well equipped with the highest standard! Paulo gave us the best welcoming experience in Italy, was super nice and helpful! His dad (forgot his name, sorry) is a brilliant chef, makes the best pizza in town! Breakfast- after 5 days in Italy, 5 different hotels, we finally had the best breakfast yet in Italy! There was a verity of choices, and everything was delicious:) We would definitely come back, highly recommend!

staff was not good at all shouting to me without any reason, air conditioning was very bad some time working and some time not working the street and car sounds was very noisy

Nice variety of good food and beverages at breakfast meal. Dinner at this restaurant was AWESOME!!!! The prices for entrées were very reasonable and the best tasting food we've ever experienced. Serving size was very generous. Hotel and restaurant staff were always helpful and concerned that our expectations were met.

Perhaps a ceiling fan in each room so the in-room unit doesn't have to run continuously.
