Food. The location how near at the beach.

Honestly speaking, their bed's was the worst. Even their restroom. There's no water at night! Their electric socket isn't working too. There are times that there's no water you can't even use when we badly need it. So we decided to request to change our room but when they gave us another room: the room's clean but bed has a lot of bed bugs. Like this is the worst. You paid that much money to have your comfortable stay but this hotel didn't meet our expectations

Receptionist super helpful and welcoming. Location is very close to the beach. Breakfast is a delicious surprise.

it’s in a quiet location about 200 yards from the beach in station 1. I requested a quiet room and was given one so I slept very well on a comfortable and clean double bed. The staff were very relaxed and friendly and helpful. Breakfast, although limited was excellent, especially the pancakes.

The room I stayed in was in a shocking state of disrepair. There was fungus growing out of a rotting window frame and I plugged up the massive gaps around the window frames with wet wipes to stop all the bugs from wandering in. The bathroom sink plug hole had been chipped away and the fridge which must have been 30 years old didn’t work. There was no safe and a flimsy push lock securing the door.

Staff

Our rooms were upgraded because the rooms we booked were being renovated. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The location was quiet and you can relax in your room. It's only around 5-10 mins from D'Mall and just 2 minute walk to the beach. It's also close to bars, convenient stores, coffee shops and restaurants. You can also borrow banig (mat) and beach towels if you will swim at the beach. I really liked this resort! Thank you!

Few electrical outlets and needed to reconnect to wifi every after few minutes. Better to have your own mobile net and extension cord.

Love the service and the convenient location — we were a quick walk from the beach! Definitely recommended 💕

The staff is very accommodating plus basic needs are available so i tend to overlook how the place is.

the place is kinda old so better to renovate some parts.

the location is good, close to almost anything and the beach! good value for money. the only con is their place interior is kind of outdated and needs to be repainted and redesigned

Area was good. Breakfast was excellent.

It would be better if the keys were card type. They should have cart for the baggages of the guests going to the hotel so that no need to carry the heavy bags and it will be more convenient way.

I like the location, easy access to everything I need to go to. Value for money ^^ They have all the amenities needed for a backpacker traveler. Salute also to the staff for the extra mile sending my phone through courier because I left my phone in our room. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Location is perfect! especially if youre a first timer. everything i is near Seabirds. i love everything!

wifi is not stable. but its okay because we’re out most of the time. the shower heater is defective. but all in all its good ☺️
