Great place to stay, have stayed several times before, great rooms, great facilities, great staff
Housekeeping was a little strange this time, towels were taken each day but not replaced and had to ask the staff multiple times before we got some towels back

I am stayed at the Armani many times and love everything about it.

Everything was not as advertised we had a 2am flight hadn't had any sleep for 24hrs and we were exhausted. We paid for early check in and a extra bed for 7 nights for my son. The manage tried to explain to us but we weren't so disappointed at that stage and had to leave. The manager said he would refund us the money back on to our cards but haven't received anything yet as we paid the property card payment for early check in and the extra bed.

Staff were awesome, so friendly and chatty. Bed was super comfy, aircon was great, rooftop pool beautiful.
Brecky wasn't fantastic but I would definately stay again and probably will in October when we're back. Fantastic value for money and great location.

felt like the room wasn’t ‘made up properly’ we were missing things like a bath mat and toilet paper but both issues fixed straight away.

Hotel is well presented and well priced. Location is very central and staff are great. The room itself was exactly as how it was pictured

The ground floor pool was nice but the surrounding area was a bit run down, pool was nice and cool and good size. The price was great for what you got and staff were nice enough. Room nice size with all amenities. This place would be great for a short stay and also people on a budget. Location is pretty good too.
The curtains in the room are very mouldy and old - can use replacing. The music around the hotel is too loud for a relaxing vibe. Beds were very hard.

The hotel is great location, right on the main shopping strip. The room was clean and tidy. Great for our 2 night short stay.
The bathroom lacked some toiletries such as shampoo/ conditioner and the humidity in the waiting area and corridors is almost unbearable. Additionally our tv had no channels and when asked about having someone fix it the receptionist said she’d send someone down to sort it out but no one ever arrived.

Fantastic staff diva and the taller guy I don’t remember his name but he’s so fantastic guy and polite actually all the stuff and reception I don’t remember the name but they really fantastic stuff I would like to thank them and Everything is OK breakfast is nice

Nothing, we booked 9 nights and checked out after staying 1 night.
The noise, pumping music til 3am. Had to pay upfront which was fine, however after requesting refund due to zero sleep from loud music, loud people walking hallways at late hours and the refund taking 10 days to process.
If your young, single and want to party it fine, but seriously overpriced for what it is. Not for us as a family with young children

the staff were very hospitable, they held our bags in luggage storage all day as we flew out that night, the rooftop pool and bar was very nice, the downstairs pool was also very nice. the view from the roof too was incredible, the food was pretty good too.
our aircon was leaking within itself, so all night when we had the aircon on we could hear a loud dripping sound, which kept us up a lot of the night so we had to turn the aircon off. other than that, everything was okay.
