Location

It was not clean and maintained, not enough towels etc

The location, lobby, executive lounge and play area for the children.

The room 706 was outdated and dirty. It also had a bath tub and head shower which was difficult to bath the baby. We requested a room change which was better.

Overall an excellent hotel to stay, food, room service, cleanliness, location and services all were excellent and world class

facilities and services were excellent

Few things need to be improvised like modern furniture. Room facilities. In room menu.

In the room I noticed certain minor cleanliness issues. Also the room itself was a little bit worn out (bathroom, the closet). But general problem is the value for money: 130 USD per night (while many people in Pakistan earn less than that monthly!) seems to be quite ridiculous price taking into consideration the abovementioned. In other countries of the region (India, Sri Lanka) the same quality is usually offered in the range of 60-90 USD.

Very decent hotel, well located with attentive and friendly staff, good breakfast and several good restaurants

Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but smoke clearly comes into the room either from other rooms, or outside. Not good. Roomcards get deactivated when they come close to a phone. Was locked out of room several times during a week's stay, needing to get new cards. Spa facilities close earlier than the gym- should both be 11pm.
