the property was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful

the walk from the hotel down to the town is around 25 minutes or a 5 minute taxi for only a few euros. mattresses on bed could be comfier but otherwise great value for money stay

It has a good view, all the rooms are orientated towards sunset. The rooms are big. And looks clean everywhere you look.

The rooms have an unwelcome aspect. Everything is old in the room. The beds are old and makes sounds. The kitchen is old. The TV is old :), It gives you an unwelcome feeling. And is far from the city center and all the good stuff.

The first room we had I found bacon in the microwave!!! As I'm vegetarian this upset me. And the lighting wasn't good ... But the staff changed our room and that room was perfect

Food was okay from pool bar. Location was perfect as my friend is a resident there which is why I wanted to stay there. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices for the week.

Room could have been cleaned a little better and some extra towels.

The views over adeje are spectacular. Nice clean rooms which are massive..

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was large and clean. The kitchen area adequate. The on site shop provided most basic essentials.

The apartment was very cold in the evening and needed to ask for extra bed blankets. The music from the pool area was non stop from lunch onwards and got really annoying and loud and in the end had to go and complain to reception but were told it wasn't anything they could do about it as it was a separate manager or something. We felt forced to walk down into the town every day to get away from it and faced the hill of death on the way back up or pay for a taxi. The settee was very uncomfortable. The shower washed all over the bathroom floor however careful you tried to be. No sun on the balcony till late afternoon by which time the pool music made it impossible to enjoy. Had a pizza the first night in the pool bar and it was literally charcoal underneath and sloppy on top. Never ate there again.
