Great location for main shopping areas & beaches. Great restaurant for dinner.

Parking was tight on our first day of arrival, a saturday, due to a wedding at nearby church.

Amazing stay, friendly staff, beautiful food in a beautiful setting, lovely clean hotel, nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. We had the Superior King room. Wow!! It was very comfortable, beautifully laid out really impressed.

Having to leave

Room 1 that we stayed in was very clean and also a good size. The other residents that was also staying at the falcon hotel was much entertaining and very welcoming.

At 4 o'clock in the morning we was woken up by a druming noise that was coming from the bathroom. I then noticed the jacuzzi bath tub that they only recently had fitted was making all the noise. We tried to turn it off but it kept malfunctioning. I then went to reception to tell them what's happening I was then told to be quite. I wasn't shouting, I was only talking, explaining what has happened. So we then decided to leave as we knew we wouldn't get back to sleep again. We are very disappointed with the ending of our stay at the falcon hotel.

Friendly staff, Alan is always exceptional. We have visited many times and plan to visit again early next year. The rooms are all very clean and well equipped.

The only issue is the cold and drafty bar area. The automatic entrance doors let a huge amount of cold air in and the bar door is propped open to enable ease of food delivery. On one evening we couldn't sit out of the draft at all because it was reserved for visiting musicians. It just takes the edge off a perfect stay. Maybe a heater above the doors would help?

It would have been nice to have more choices of hot drinks for breakfast. Location was excellent.
