Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Everything was excellent.

Tee-side guest house is perfectly located between the town and the beaches and the rooms offer gorgeous views of the hills. The room was spacious and perfectly clean with a super large, comfortable bed. The breakfast was exactly as we wanted it (which can be challenging as my husband is both Gluten and Dairy free - he was catered for with ease). Over all, we had a relaxed, beautiful stay and chatted very happily with the extremely knowledgeable owner.

Even the rain couldn't put a dampener on our stay.

Dave was so very helpful. Within hours of my mentioning I had trouble with the temperarture dial on the shower, he fitted a new one! Perfect! Everything was totally spotless and the tea tray replenished daily with delicious cookies etc. I was able to walk from the beach in my towel and get showered quickly, and there was so much to explore near by.

I am sensitive to electromagnetic fields and my ideal accomodation would not have wifi; but this is rare to find in the world today, with the majority of people wanting it (or so it seems....if they realised the negative health effects they might choose differently). Had internet connection been wired I would have given a score of more than 10 out of 10!

It was all good for me. Spoke to the host about some egg free choices for breakfast but I hadn’t said this before I arrived and it is not always easy.

The owners were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast choices were amazing. The fresh milk every night in a flask was an extra touch.

Very clean, fresh and inviting. Joanne was very friendly. First place I've ever been anywhere that has a hairdryer with a diffuser...thank you! Good location..close to shops but just far enough it was quiet. Quite good selections for breakfast

Breakfast tended to not be very hot. I think u must be at ur table early to ensure u are served as soon as its ready. This was my only, very small, dislike.
