The rooms are what you would expect from a mid level chain hotel - the bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom was a little bit dated but everything worked well. I would recommend staying here to everyone looking for a comfortable hotel in Tiraspol. The reception staff also speaks very good English and are helpful with information and arranging taxis.

Old elevator. No credit cards accepted, neither transfers via paypal etc. But I guess this is a country wide issue and not the fault of the Hotel

We had a comfortable stay in Hotel Russia. The staff is friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located in a quiet area and we slept well.

The hotel was in a very good location just off the main street. The receptionist was extremely helpful when I accidentally locked the safe without noting the code. She had the problem rectified within minutes and dealt with the issue in a very professional and polite manner. The breakfast was fresh and well presented. The outdoor bar and cafe are also highly recommended and we received very high standards of attention from the bar staff. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Tiraspol.

It was clean and staff was helpful.

The aircon when on was too loud. The aircon when off was too loud too. It jumped on every 10 minutes or so by itself. Eventually called frontdesk and at 2am they took the power off. Though less noisy it still.sounded like a coffee machine in full brewing mode (guess it was the cooling liquid being pumped around) and it woke me up after a short night.

Amazing place with kind people and a beautiful base to explore Tiraspol.

Modern hotel. The reception speaks good english. She even helps us to call a taxi to the train station.

The air conditioning is very loud like a old train. The location is not very central, but it is OK, because Tiraspol is small.
