The breakfast at the hotel was delightful, offering a fresh and varied selection of dishes. The wide range of options catered to different preferences, and the plentiful beverage choices complemented the meal perfectly.

I can honestly say that there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. My stay was flawless and met all my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay.

The staff are okay. Could be friendlier. Beds are comfortable. Location is good. Breakfast is good. Room size is nice.

The tv’s in the breakfast rooms keep showing quite violent programs and quite load as well - which kids are watching and to be honest is not something I need when I’ve just woken up. It’s quite a pricy hotel for what you get. It’s fine but not exception and for Moldova the price is high.

They have an iron machine which helped me a lot

The heating was only with AC and since it was a little bit noisy, I had to turn it off during the night, which meant I had to sleep in a little bit of cold. But ok after all, nothing terrible

There is rather big and clean room with big beds. Plenty of space. Everything is clean. On the date of check-in the receptionist was very kind.

The breakfast meant a lot for me when i was choosing a hotel. But I didn't get it because of the absence of restaurant staff. The receptionist said the restaurant is not a part of the hotel and did not want to solve my problem until I asked for a complains book. After that I've got excuses and breakfast "to go". Not the thing I was waiting for, but I had no time to look for anything else because of traveling schedule.

Great location, great staff, very clean. Was quiet, no loud music during the night.

Hotel is in a quiet location off one of the main streets. Beautiful interiors with large rooms.

Staff were accommodating to requests but didn't come across as overly friendly. Customer service is different compared to more tourist focused countries.
