Perfekte Lage- direkt an der BTS und Metro Station gelegen ! Taxi und TukTuk stehen direkt vor der Lobby bereit, somit ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt und Stadt zu erkunden ! Super Frühstück und abend eine Mega Aussicht von der kleinen Rooftop Bar...!!

The room had a great city view and the services were excellent - water refilled everyday, good shower. I am also very impressed by the services of the front counter - we asked for a taxi service to the airport at 5am and they kindly arranged for us and everything was very smooth.

The only thing that I found a bit disappointing is that our room is semi-detached from another room and we are interconnected by a door. We sometimes hear the voice from the connected room and that could be a bit annoying. But other than that everything was very good.

De lokatie is perfect.. dicht bij de skytrain en 40 minuten van het vliegveld..

De kamers zijn er gehorig, zeker als er een tussen deur in zit. Heel veel geluid van verkeer op straat. Dus slecht geïsoleerd. Midden in de nacht besloten mijn buren een feestje te geven, met hee veel overlast. Helaas nam de receptie geen actie om dit te beëindigen. De avond concierge die mijn in eerst instantie aanbied om een taxi te regelen voor de volgende dag, was erg onvriendelijk, sprak amper Engels en heeft uiteindelijk verzaakt om een taxi klaar te zetten de ochtend voor mijn vertrek. Tv in de kamer deed het niet.

Hotel staffs are friendly and competent. The location is great.

The room is quite small for 2 ppl. The bed with the wheels is the most uncomfortable.

Room dark and small....( Ladies watch out doing your makeup.) Reception staff on check in not very friendly at all, in fact didn't say hello or goodnight the first few days or nights. Doormen very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff didn't say hello on entry, only when leaving as the Manager appeared. Manager very friendly on the 2 occasions we met him. Staff made an effort when he was around. Drinks expensive at the rooftop bar.

Loungesta piti varata pöytä, jos halusi ikkunapöydän. En ymmärtänyt täysin, miksi piti allekirjoittaa lasku lähtiessä sieltä, vaikka loungen palvelut ja tarjoilu kuuluivat huoneen hintaan. Henkilökunta siellä ei myöskään ollut tehtäviensä tasalla. Olisivat voineet olla palvelualttiimpia.

Great location and friendly staff. The rooftop pool was also a lovely spot with awesome views. Room was small but it was clean and comfortable.

I paid for a high room but what I got was only halfway up so I could hear the street/traffic below. Plus, as the building is so tall the 2 elevators are slow.

Great modern Location amazing

So first: I would say : its not a 5 start hotel ! More like a 4 star! Second : The POOL SUCKS ! Looks nothing like the picture ! Nice to have it when it’s super hot , but if u expecting this grand pool with a super view ! IT IS NOT IT ! Looks like a mini lagoon :( super old looking !! 3 : the hotel Could be cleaner ! 4: They don’t change sheets ..i had to tell them constantly! especially because I was staying for over 10 days !

Hotelli vastaa maksimissaan kolmen tähden hotellia. Palvelun taso ja hinta-laatusuhde erittäin huono. Yövyimme kaksi yötä ja seinönaapurin melu esti nukkumisen. Henkilökunta ei vastannut pyytöömme vaihtaa huonetta vaikka sama toistui seuraavana yönä. Huone ja hotellikäytävät haisevat erittäin vahvalta desifiontiaineelta.

Staff were extremely helpful and it’s a great location

The room was not clean, the air conditioning did not work properly. It’s preset to 22 and with all the glass it’s very hot and uncomfortable. The toilet didn’t work properly and the shower had a bad smell. Breakfast was to start at 6:00 but they were still setting up at 7:00. Ordering coffee I had to wait for the lady finishing her text messages. Ordered tea each time and got coffee or Latte.

La ubicación del lugar y los cócteles gratuitos por los SkyBenefits son lo único bueno y aprovechable del lugar.

De manera inicial, no quisieron hacer válidos los Sky Benefits aunque la descripción de la habitación que reserve si los incluía, posteriormente se disculparon y me lo incluyeron ya que si venía en Booking. Sin embargo, la habitación se encontraba en desagradables condiciones, tal grado que encontramos semen pegado en las cortinas de la habitación y manchas de agua en la regadera. El minibar cobraba todo lo que quisieras agarrar, contrario a otros hoteles que nos habíamos quedado en Bangkok donde lo del minibar ya iba incluido con la reserva de la habitación. Aunado a esto, separamos un tour al mercado flotante y del tren con el hotel y pareciera que el concierge manipulo la reservación, ya que la señorita de recepción no estaba informada cuando llegó la hora de tomar el tour, todo para que lo hiciéramos con un amigo taxista suyo, el cual estaba enfermo y nos contagió, todo el camino se comportó muy grosero, y encima nos quería cobrar el doble para ingresar al tour, aunque ya habíamos pagado con el hotel. El taxista quería cobrarnos lo que faltaba de liquidar del tour, aunque nuestro trato era con el hotel. MUY DESAGRADABLE EXPERIENCIA. NO RECOMIENDO HOSPEDARSE EN EL HOTEL Y MENOS RESERVAR TOURS.

Piscina al 37 piano, vista davvero invidiabile, possibilità di vedere il sunset da un post top, camera molto bella grande e lussuosa, servizi eccellenti con: ristorante italiano/colazione al 35°, palestra al 36°, lounge 38° e ristorante Thai al 39° Posizione iper comoda anche per prendere la metro (anche se ho usato solo grab bike)

L’hotel è spettacolare. Bellissimo, pulito, silenzioso, grattacielo con vista mozzafiato. Sono rimasta molto felice della scelta. La colazione è vasta è c’è tantissima scelta sul cibo, dolce salato o frutta. Stupenda la piscina al 35 piano! Si arriva in mezz’ora dai due aereoporti. Lo staff è gentile e sorridente. Assolutamente consigliato per alloggiare a Bangkok!

The location of this hotel is very attractive.

The rooms were small + Single Beds had wheels and the stopper was not working so whenever anyone sits on it, it starts floating on the floor + Washroom was not properly maintained, as the door was broken and the lock was not working. This is not at all a 5 star category hotel!

Bardzo Niemiła obsługa - pani menadżer. Basen w czasie naszego pobytu był niedostępny o czym nie zostaliśmy poinformowani. Oprócz tego godziny otwarcia basenu są za krótkie dla gości. Nie ma schronienia od słońca na dachu przy basenie, krzesła rozpalone od słońca.
