The perfect answer to any solo Traveler looking for comfort and location to all activities in Bangkok. It is the only place I Look to stay when visiting or traveling through Bangkok.

The only good side of this hotel is the friendly staff and the location, it is close to city traffic and in the center of the action in the area, where there are many bars, street food, restaurants,... There is a train to the airport, you change 1x, the journey takes a maximum of 1 hour, the price for everything is 80 baht

The room is outdated, the bathroom has a bathtub instead of a shower. In the first room, the bathroom was full of ants, they gave us another room in which there was a poorly functioning toilet. The air conditioner is very loud even on the lowest setting and you can't sleep. I told this to the staff, and he just shrugged his shoulders saying that everything is ok, and the air conditioning is working. There was no way he wanted to understand that its too loud. So we went out into the street and came back at 3AM to get our bags and head to the airport, no sleep The price of the room is too high for what they offer.

Location I liked the most..All keep kinds of shops, restaurants and money exchange around the property Transport available all the time. Just 100 metres walk from Nana bts. Staff are friendly and helpful.24 hours Restaurant offers variety of cuisines at a reasonablecost..Room is good.quite spacious. It is clean. They have locker facilities.. You can keep Your luggage if you check out and go somewhere out of Bangkok.

Bed was not at all comfortable . Its windows are forever closed, so sunlight. We had no balcony with our room.

All the staff on duty at night. The first woman who had received a tip said the hotel was offering a free topper and that it would be delivered later, but there was no response for more than half an hour. I called and asked the male employee who answered the phone was very rude and said that the hotel had no topper. I asked him if he had anything else to replace topper, but he had never answered and his attitude was bad. Then a second woman answered the phone, and she lied again and again: she said she had a replacement blanket and would bring it to me later, but another half hour passed and no one to come. I had to call to ask, but the rude male employee answered again. I asked him if I could get another employee to answer my phone. The man continued to ignore me while an elderly employee ran came and violently pounded on the door. I asked who was at the door, but was not answered. When I opened the door, I was asked what I wanted, and I said that the woman had promised to deliver blankets. Then he told the woman that the residents just needed blankets, and the woman agreed to deliver them immediately, but then she lied and never delivered them. I called her to scold her, and she lied to her colleagues and accused me of trying to make trouble. She called several colleagues from their hotel to knock on my door in turn. I explained everything to her colleagues one by one, wasting about one and a half hours

The location was very close to Nana BTS, Sukhumvit, Terminal 21, Robinsons Mall bars and restaurants. Food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced, friendly staff. Room was a good size with wardrobes, safety deposit box, comfortable bed. The original room I had was very noisy once the bar across the street opened at around 8.00 p.m. and went on until the early hours. I raised this with the staff and they changed my room the next day, no problems.

Everything was good and as expected except the noise levels in the first room between certain hours. This was resolved and I was given another room.

Centrally located on a lively street. Bang opposite newly opened and quite entertaining "Modern Teen Bar". Room was good size. Very comfortable latex mattress. In-house 24/7 restaurant is an added advantage. Would stay again.

- Dim lights in the room. - No exhaust fan in the washroom. - Missed having a regular pedestal or roof fan in the room. Sometimes, AC is not needed.

Hotel nearby have 7-11, ATM Machine, money exchange, pharmacy, Bank, Bar, Street food. Super convenient, cross a road 3min walk you reach Nana Plaza BTS station, walk far a bit you have McDonald's, Burger King, shopping mall. All you need is within walking area can be reach and get it. Beside hotel also a restaurant and massage shop, easily get what you like Food and Massage.

Hotel opposite straight was a club, mostly will be busy and noisy until late night 2am. And there street food outside bar, might crowd even late 1am, many people still eating or wandering around the hotel area.

I enjoy my stay every time I'm in Bangkok. The Staff is ultra friendly and greet me by my name when I walk through the door.

The room was well equipped. The air con was cold. It was very clean. The Business Suite room that we had booked was very spacious. They provided free bottled water which was in the fridge - nice and cold. That was thoughtful. They provided disposable room slippers which were very welcomed. The WIFI was amazing. 200 mps download, 150 mps upload. It was consistent and easy to access. We only stayed for a few hours because we were waiting for a bus to Chiang Mai. Didn't experience breakfast. The staff offered to assist us to take our bags to the room. They also helped to collect them from the car when we arrived and to load them when we left. The lady at reception took me up to the room to explain everything to me so everything was very clear and understood.

We arrived an hour earlier and were told to wait. We told them we wanted to check in (and I had put this on my booking form when I booked the room). Two other families came in and were allowed to check in, while we were still waiting. That was annoying. I went up a second time and asked to check in, they told me to wait again. On the third occasion having seen another family check in, I went back up and then they let me check in. That whole ordeal was unnecessary.
