Central location, right next to the underground. Nice pubs, restaurants and parks nearby. And the sights.

The location of the hotel was perfect, able to get around and see all the sights either by walking or jumping on the tube. Loved the lounge as well

It was central and close to places of attraction as well as the tube. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Service was great - from the reception to the concierge and even the room attendants. Water was topped up all the time. Laundry service was great and timely. Also I always looked forward to the little chocolates placed on my pillow after turndown service!

We had to keep asking for bathroom amenities to be replenished such as q tips etc. also the rooms were kinda small and there wasn’t a view nor much light so it looks a little dark. I will recommend for someone staying a long timer to pay a little more for an upgrade to a room with windows looking out . Breakfast selection at the pem was just okay.

Such helpful and friendly staff welcomed us as soon as we entered into the reception area. The downstairs bar staff couldn't have done more for us.They looked after my mum and myself and our visiting guests brilliantly. Thank you for a lovely stay. Lovely room and great location as we were so near Westminster Abbey and the centre of London.

The only thing we didn't like but we got use to it, was the noise and the rumbling of the underground trains from our bedroom 242.

Room amenities all in good condition, and plenty of them. Complimentary water, tea and coffee in the rooms. In-room dining was delicious, and the Hedgerow and Boar pub were both great for food and drinks. Breakfast buffet was included in my booking, but a la carte options for additional price, table service for tea/coffee. Room was ready early and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

The beds are wonderfully squashy and soft, but for my personal preference a little too soft in terms of mattress and pillows. Noise cancelling in terms of other guests isn't fantastic but only one or two noticeable occasions of sound. Nothing actually wrong with the hotel at all!

First rate accommodation. Lovely and helpful staff, including the doormen. Very comfortable room and well served breakfasts.

The room was a great size and the staff we exceptional - they honestly couldn't do enough for me. They made my stay feel very comfortable and I would recommend the hotel to colleagues and friends.

Per il prezzo mi aspettavo di più. Inoltre avevo scelto la struttura perché ha una colazione gluten free, il che è vero ma molto limitata. Mi hanno portato toast, scones e focaccina senza glutine ma niente biscotti, niente cereali o corn flakes, niente fette biscottate. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e attento tuttavia mi aspettavo più varietà di prodotti visto che la colazione gluten free era tra i punti di forza dell’hotel.

es un hotel 5 estrellas sobrio nada ostentoso, el servicio de comida en el piso ejecutivo era excelente. el personal era amable y la ubicacion perfecta en la puerta del subte

la habitacion era chica e inentendible con una vista a otra pared. El lavabo estuvo tapada toda la estadia, cada vez que me cepillaba los dientes se inundaba todo, los 5 dias estuvo tapado el lavabo y nadie lo soluciono ni siquiera la mucama que limpiaba la habitacion todos los dias.al principio tuve problemas con la calefaccion que no funcionaba.

Comfortable room in great location. We only stayed a couple of nights but this is our second stay and will definitely be back. Staff are helpful and the rooms are well appointed.

All staff were incredibly helpful & friendly… this started with the team greeting you at the front door and continued through to the restaurant.

Very clean, well appointed, spacious and quiet room. Bed was comfortable. Laundry service was convenient and the cleaned clothes arrived on time. Located across the street from St James station and there are loads of restaurants nearby which was very convenient. Was out until about 1am each night and felt safe walking alone from the train station to the hotel.

Location was nice, quiet, close to the parks and direct access from Paddington with Circle Line. Excelllent service. Very clean and efficient. Bars and restaurant, if you needed those.

Only thing that I didn't like was that the big excellent bed had those giant pillows. I do not know if anyone likes them, but somehow I end up having a sore neck with those.

Very comfortable large room. Quiet. Great size beds. Excellent shower. Staff very helpful.

Had asked for twin beds and was told this would be possible but was given a king size bed. This was ok as we were family sharing but think this should have been made clear. Breakfast seemed a bit disorganised. Think staff need to make it clear whether it is a buffet or whether they will be coming over to take orders for coffee etc.
