Beautiful preserved home, with just the right amount of refurbishments to keep its natural charm. Love the aesthetic throughout. Gardens and courtyard have the classic homestead touch. Perfect location close to town. The breakfast included in our stay was also fantastic. Tracey and her team are absolutely wonderful people that will go out of their way to ensure everything is catered for as they really care for their guests. They really do need more recognition for the work they put in. We would come back just for the company!

the rooms were very pleasant with a small seperate area to sit. Staff were delightful breakfast was good

the rooms were pleasant but there was such a lot missing. No TV, no radio, no clock, 1 wastebasket only in the bathroom, nothing to place suitcase on other than the floor, claustraphobic bathroom and incredibly noisy doors. Also nowhere to put the "stuff" that I travel with. Dinner was only so so. It seemed rather petty to have to pay for a barista made coffee at breakfast.

The ambience of the lounge and dining areas made the place . IT WAS very restful sitting by the roaring fire on a chilly evening . The view across the garden to the golf course was beautiful and especially on a sunny morning having breakfast.

the place was super dirty and dusty, dust was built up everywhere like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages.. carpet and curtains were dirty as well. some of the stuff they were so rude they almost made my friend cry..

Beautiful house, fireplace lounge and host Megan was beyond outstanding! What a wonderful breakfast and view over to the golf club. Sadly no heating in corridor to rooms.

We had an old period family room, very unclean and inadequately protected from the cold! The cold from unheated corridor seeped through the cracks of the original door and had to put towels down to block. Old curtains and rods.Sadly the family room was cold and uncomfortable. Apparently renovating soon but other non family rooms looked superb. It was the worst room I have had in all my travels in all Qld and NSW. Made my visit to Bowral a bad experience.

Breakfast was excellent, the scrambled eggs was sensational just needed a hash brown to complete it. Coffee was amazing first thing in the morning.

We stayed in Links House for just a night, and we did not spend much time in it, as we were on route. I liked a lot the atmosphere in the dining room, and the food was excellent. Also the lounge room and the bar are very cool.If spending a few days, just for relaxation, the patio seemed very cosy. It's a convenient location between Sydney and Canberra, and the area is very beautiful, so a destination in itself. I will repeat.

I would love to have plugs for the electronic devices (i.e. usb connectors)

We came up from Canberra as my sister was getting married in Berrima. I called the staff after I made the booking asking if it was possible to get an early check in (around 12pm) as my partner and I had to get 5 kids and ourselves for the wedding. They had no problems and allowed us to be booked in early. staff were amazing and lovely, and the breakfast that was included was perfect. unfortunately I didn’t take any photos but the hotel was in a beautiful area and had everything we needed.

I don’t know if this can be fixed but I assume as the rooms were connected when you have both showers going it takes the water from the other one. one of my kids is was in the shower in the other room and I was in the shower in my room. when the child finished in their shower and turned the water off, I ended up being scolded by my shower as obviously he hot water all came back to mine and I had no idea. otherwise we had no other issues

Links House Guesthouse is a beautiful Art Deco Hotel that is tastefully decorated with gorgeous quaint guestrooms. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. There is a lovely outside garden area and the front of the property overlooks the Bowral Golf course. It has a very peaceful and serene vibe with all of the greenery and the beautiful birdlife that you see and hear. The restaurant is great and the food is excellent. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Michael Ferguson was exceptional, he made our stay fun and relaxing. He has knowledge of the local area and was very helpful with letting us know things to do in and around the town. I loved our stay at the Links and would love to return in the future.

The only minor thing we didn't like was that the TV could have been put in the bedroom area instead of the very small sitting area.

The staff are all top-notch, absolutely wonderful - very professional and lovely to talk to. The restaurant also definitely deserves its fine reputation (for both dinner and breakfast). There is a lovely sitting room with a well-equipped bar. The gardens are beautiful, and the place is so quiet, no traffic noise - very little noise at all in fact. The bed was extremely comfortable and after a couple of the excellent house cocktails we had a great night's sleep!

This isn't really a 'didn't like' - the rooms are very spartan and the bathrooms very small, but that is in keeping with the history and the 1920s travelling experience and I would say that it is in perfect keeping with the original style. It is all very comfortable and I have to say I was impressed with the incredibly efficient use of space in the bathroom. My only minor quibble was that there were no cups for tea or coffee in the room (it did have tea making facilities), but we had a beautiful cup of tea with breakfast so we didn't miss out.

The staff at Links house were absolutely exceptional. They are so warm, inviting and interesting as people who you can tell adore living in the area. There is such beautiful attention to detail in the decor and design and the garden and each spot is designed for you to sit and look around peacefully with a coffee or a glass of wine. The hosts of the restaurant each day were divine as well as the food. The rooms are exquisite as well as cosy and very private which would suit a getaway anytime of the year. I cannot recommend this stunner enough 😘

Excellent staff, all of them were so friendly. We really enjoyed with the beautiful and peaceful environment at the restaurant, front garden and common living room. Very close to Bowral, so convenient. Front view from the restaurant and front garden is so beautiful and peaceful.

Bathroom was so small and better to have a microwave in the room.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel with fabulous attention to detail. The port on arrival was a fantastic touch. The common/sitting room was quiet and peaceful and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable.
