The location, the staff , the overall cleanliness of the Villa was top class.

The AC was to a poor standard.

I liked that they offered a free yoga class which was really good as well as the spa service is very affordable.

Their reception closes at seven whilst many places offer 24/7 service. However the security guard is very helpful

i liked the staff especially Rayya. She was so helpful and respectful and remembered our names always making sure to say hi when we walked past and ensure everything was ok. looked after us so we’ll.

What more can be added to what has already been said and praised so many times? Everything is accurate! The staff, the location, the breakfast, and the amenities. The service for renting a scooter, WiFi, and the bed, everything is okay to a great pleasure. And you’re never alone: Even in your private moments in the open bathroom, there is always a gecko, salamander, or whatever other creature checking on you. It’s a place with no fuzz that is definitely worth booking for more than a few days.

Check-in was confusing. There are two entrances on different locations: The entrance to the villas and the second one to the cottages that’s next to O’zarome restaurant. If you’re unlucky as I was, this unfriendly French receptionist will demand cash payment or a 3% additional charge when paying by credit card. Since I didn’t carry enough cash, I had to go in search of an ATM. Although I left my luggage, all valuables, and my credit card details with that woman, she still kept my passport as “a guarantee”. What a weird way of welcoming a guest for a full week booking! Well, blondie, there is still a lot to learn from the local Balinese staff! I prefer their way of welcoming and trusting guests, and that is quite different from yours!

Calm place within nature. Breakfast - not to much but the right portion and quality. You can change it paying a fair extra.

Traffic to arrive Canggu beach but manageable by moto

The pool area and Villa were beautiful.

I heard a lot of scooter noise all through the night, and early morning, making it hard to sleep. And sometimes you just want a hot shower after a long day and we didn't have hot water.

Lovely pool area with really well maintained, beautiful garden. Everything in room was really clean and comfortable for a family of four. It felt very secluded and private when in the villa. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Streets surrounding the hotel are very quiet compared to the main area of Canggu.

The stairs up to the bedrooms were a bit unsafe for young children but it didn’t cause a massive issue for us.

Everything. The entire setup is absolutely amayzing. The staff is so caring and kind. we loved absolutely everything, we actually decided to prolong our stay here.

The only thing I missed were more vegan & plant-based options in the restaurant.

The restaurant was decent. Yoga classes offeresd and meals were tasty Nice environment in general, good vibe.

Check in at 3 (?) Forget it! After a long trip you only want to lay down... but we had to wait more than a hour for the villa to be ready. The villa looked outdated, some areas were very dark, and walls had mould. At night (first night), my bed was full of ants... tiny tiny ones that I had to remove. Next day at breakfast, I ordered a watermelon juice and when I was drinking, a tiny cocroach came out from the bamboo straw. Maybe the storage where the straw was was too exposed or simply the kitchen was infested. I'll never know.... The staff of the hotel was extremely humble and kind. They offered to assist immediately with all the things that happened.

This place was great, really welcoming amazing rooms and gardens pools are beautiful and has restaurant, great food and drinks. Didn't habe time for massage but they are offered and the massage area looked amazing.. got to do some yoga before I left the yoga studio is lovely.. would definitely recommend to friends and family

There isn't really anything to complain about i enjoyed the vibe and place, but a slight annoyance was the bed was creaky and a bit hard for me.

Located in the canggu area, just near the canggu main road. The facility is secluded and serene, with 3 pools to choose from and villas, rooms, etc for families, solo traveller and if you want to focus on doing yoga or just want to wind down and do nothing this is the right place. The villas, is equipped with microwave, kitchen, sofas, dinner table so you can cook your own food, provided also with plates and drink glass. The surrounding is beautiful and quiet. So many great restaurant are situated in that area, from Vietanamese, Indonesia or international dining is available with different ranges of prices so you will always have options, some are within walking distance mostly would take 1-5km by walking. Options of renting motorbike or car is also available at the facility The owner always greetings and talk during our breakfast, they always make time to meet the residence.

Just that it is situated near the Canggu main road, which is always crowded and have daily traffic jam. If you are mobile and you want to go to places, please go early and go back later in the evening because the traffic is just awful other than that everything is great

I asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together. the mattresses were uncomfortable; perhaps very old.

The breakfast that is included in the room price is a bit limited (toast and jam). A choice of eggs would be nice but this comes at an extra price.
