Good location ( near tram, easy to reach airport by bus 290), friendly staff, stayed one night in private room which was nice.

Only one hair-dryer which was not available during my stay. Upon arrival I asked for a hair-dryer and staff member told me that some of the guests took it and to return later which I did but it still was not available. I came the following morning and asked again for the hair-dryer but it was not available again. Staff member told me he will bring it to my room as soon when guest who took it returns it but it did not happen within next 2 hours. I had to leave then and was not able to wash my hair. I understand this is hostel and some facilities such as hair-dryer are shared among the guests but I think management should provide several hair dryers based on number of beds in this hostel and considering the fact that some guests “forget” to return it for hours. This was it is almost impossible to do basic hygiene which includes washing hair if not spending hours in the room until hair dryer is available.

The location and the staff. Overall very good.

It was a bit noisy in the hall having in mind that there are other guests who were working on their laptops in the hall and not in their rooms.

I like the fact that most of the hostel staff were Spanish and Latin American people.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Right next to a main tram line, multiple mini supermarkets and laundromats.

Rooms were directly off the kitchen and it was incredibly noisy late at night.

Staff are really nice.

Tap at the Bathroom was Broken and is too lout.

4 bed dorm was cozy and quiet at night.

Kitchen was messy most of the time with dishes to do or a pile of plates/pots on the dishes rack. Light in dorm was very low. And they need to urgently clean inside the recipient in shower where they put liquid soap.

City centered, close to public transport, shops, friendly stuff. Shared space, living room, kitchen offers good amenities! (kettle, toaster, etc)

It's quite clean, moderately. Shower gel wasn't refilled. Adding hairdryer would be great.

One of the best in Zagreb... Friendly atmosphere and very Clean and comfortable bed.
