Location was good and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The room we stayed in and a considerable amount of damp/mould around the windows. Bathroom needs to be revamped as the bath panel was peeling and rust around the mirror

Staff were helpful
my initial room was very noisey with apparent the heating fans that needed an engineer, i complained to reception after trying to bear the noise for a few hours and then reception gave me another room straight away with no quibble, however my main dismay that was your reception staff was aware that there was an issue with the room before i even had to argue and explain the noise and therefore why was i put into a room initially that you were aware was not fit for purpose?

Good location for a function we were attending. Lovely, friendly, helpful and informative staff. Particularly helpful reception staff.
Size of windows in room, but just the design of some of rooms at back of hotel. Not a negative that can be changed.

Location of hotel and availability of parking.
i) Time stood at reception waiting for our room to be allocated. No other people waiting. ii) Noise from motor/engine running all night, iii) shortage of sugar & milk for drinks and iv) no info about firmness of different sides of mattress.

Comfortable bed
Internal bedroom which needed redecorating. Door would only close from outside by slamming it. Shower door hinge made terrible noise. No USB point.. room felt clostrophobic!

Reception staff booking is a taxi was so lovely and friendly.
The see through walls is the bathroom. Didn't like seeing my partner's silhouette on the toilet.

I enjoyed the staff, particularly the receptionist Abby, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything was wonderful, and despite living in Sittingbourne, I will definitely choose to stay there again.
While there was a minor issue with the toilet not flushing properly, it paled in comparison to the overall excellence of everything else.

I had a great experience with the staff, especially receptionist Abby, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The overall stay was delightful, and despite residing in Sittingbourne, I'm certainly planning to return. Our stay was centered around a wedding, and the fact that the bar was open 24 hours allowed us to reconnect with loved ones and friends whom I hadn't seen in years.
A tiny improvement could be made by serving cutlery directly at the table during breakfast. However, it's worth noting that this is a minor detail in the larger context.

It's not the best location, maybe, although convenient for exploring beyond the immediate vicinity.
Weather was very poor when I visited, which unfortunately impacted the visit and my impression of the area.

Executive double room we stayed in had no view whatsoever, dark room with no natural light and window message not very appealing.

Good enough breakfast, though nothing special. WiFi was good enough. Bed was OK. That's sadly as good as it gets...Good enough or OK.
The water in the bathroom was cold. Impossible to actually have a bath. And was totally unable to get the plug out, so there was now a full bath full of tepid water.

clean and good size rooms and great beds
The wall had black brown leak marks down it and the side tables were too far from the bed for a disabled person to reach so I had to get out of bed to reach it

A very nice apartment close to centre of Canterbury. Comfortable Lounge, kitchen with all the necessities and bathroom. Plus: outside garden with sitting arrangements. Two bedrooms with double beds upstairs. Excellent for a short stay to visit Canterbury or to explore the Kent Downs. Very good contact with our host Adelle.

Whose crazy idea was it to make the bathroom an opaque goldfish bowl?! Have they never heard of privacy??!! Never mind that you could clearly see through the glass, especially with the lights on, but the door had gaps top and bottom, like a public loo, and didn't close. Dreadful - I will never stay there again.

Staff were incredible, so friendly, efficient and helpful. Even when we passed staff in the corridors they said hello, so lovely! Facilities are great.
However, the breakfast was pretty terrible, cold and didn’t taste fresh. And the pillows were extremely lumpy and hard, although we’re much better when I called reception for different ones.

despite booking clearly being for family room 2 adults and a child room was only set up for a couple even tho i rang day before to check the booking as email confirmation was incorrect, then the only power socket easily accessible didn’t work at all and the toilet wouldn’t flush

There was parking
Room was very dirty, worn out stuff, tap sprayed everywhere (they even had a sign warning about it, rather than fixing it), toilet ran all night, worn/rusty fittings. Everything had a good layer of dirt over it too. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but cant complain too much, it was included with the room.
