Cleanliness, room style, very good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location

Good location, quiet, nice room.

They didn't clean the room after the first day, it wasn't clear before booking that they didn't have private parking, they close between 1-4 pm so we had to wait with our bags to check in.

Very nice and clean property, has all items needed. Lucky enough to have 2 great sized terraces! Complimentary water included. Great heating/AC system. Complimentary toiletries. Great location for the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff - who offered free pick up from the car park. Amazing breakfast! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Friendly staff, great location and good value for money. Nice clean room, good size, with good facilities

The bed was really very soft, not my personal preference but might suit others. Spiral stairs to the room will be a problem for people uneasy on their feet.

What I liked: The bathroom was very nice. The shower was big and the water pressure was strong. I liked that I could boil some water to have some tea and sit in a nice little living room and that they provided two little bottles of water for free. There were some nice decorative touches. The breakfast café was next door and the ladies working there were very kind and helpful. The breakfast itself was also very nice. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The walls seemed a bit thin and I could hear people talking, but during the night it was very quiet. The room was not very far from the parking lot. It was a nice walk through old town to the car. It was also close to Polignano a Mare. I would probably stay there next time instead of Monopoli.

What I didn't like: The woman at the reception was not the friendliest. The bathroom was not on the main floor. There was a staircase to go down to the bathroom. I did not know about this when I booked the room. Thankfully, I didn't need to use the bathroom during the night as I was concerned about going down those stairs half asleep. The stairs could use a new paint job. The reception is not open all day so there is no one to assist you between 1-4pm.

Nice central location and nice to have a room with a kitchen, the bedroom was lovely

we were staying at an apartment near Via S. Pietro (they have multiple properties) and there was quite a noisy restaurant next door. That said they did turn the music off at 10.30pm so it didn't affect our sleep

the rooms, bathrooms and entryway are very well kept, nicely and tasteful decorated and also very clean.

the property is right in the hart of the centro storico consequently the nights are noisy.

Great location in historic centre of Monopoli. Our room was a 3 minute walk from the cafe. Lovely breakfasts and motivated, friendly staff. Reliable and speedy transfer from the free car park to hotel on arrival and return, thank you for a great stay in Monopoli!

Cleaning of our room was generally Ok but could have been better.

Outstanding! Located right in the heart of a buzzing square. It was hypnotizing at night. It’s easy to navigate. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had complimentary beverages to enjoy. The staff was very sweet and super helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

The appartment was wonderfully placed, clean and spacious

Staff were super amazing, picked us up and dropped us back off at the station at the start and end of our stay. Helped us to book a boat trip and very informative about the local area. Spacious and clean room with outdoor seating.

The room only had a curtain to divide the bedroom from the bathroom

The room was really great: two level with it's private spa area in a well renovated cellar. Being "diffuso" the rooms are spread around town and you really have more privacy and immersion than a "normal" hotel. The staff was great and tried to assist with the room issues even outside of the advertised times. They have issued compensation for the problems during my stay.

Unfortunately during my stay the spa bath heater malfunctioned and I couldn't enjoy that part as much (taking a cold bath is good up to a certain point). The hotel attempted repairs for a couple of days and even offered compensation for this issue but that doesn't replace the missed opportunity. This major problem plus another couple of issues with the room (the cooling system being always too much or too little, the bed being on the uncomfortable side and a few mold spots on the walls) made me not really enjoy my stay.
