We loved our stay at Alexandria Apartments ... from the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by Sophie to get into the garage area, and her advice on local highlights and other assistance during the stay was greatly appreciated. John was more than happy to help us carry all our luggage to our room (3 flights of stairs). The apartment was beautifully presented, very well appointed, and very clean. One highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed - I took a photo of the label to chase down an comparable model for our spare room (it's a commercial hotel product). We've slept on Tempur for over 16yrs, rarely have we travelled anywhere that comes remotely close to its comfort, however we were both surprised and delighted with the support and comfort of the bed which gave us very restful nights. The location was far enough away from the main area of Mooloolaba so it felt less hectic but it was just a 20min stroll to the great eating spots, and the popular foreshore walk was across the road. There seemed to be less late night traffic noise as well, which was good as we kept our windows open overnight to capture the refreshing breezes. The apartment and stay were fantastic but the managers Sophie and John deserve credit for making it so. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We would happily return to this property again!
