The parking arrangements under the building were too narrow & as I have a disability I could not get in or out of my vehicle. I had to get a pass to put inside my vehicle for the duration of my stay and park outside.

The Mirage was (again) awesome. I have stayed twice. The location is marvelous; the room sizes are generous; the facilities terrific. I doubt you'll find larger more comfortable rooms for the price nor so close to the beach at Alex Heads. I don't want to say too much as the hidden gem will become too popular!

Noise carriage. Unfortunately, teenagers can be a bit noisy so mine did upset neighbours a little.

The accomodation was dirty. Was told they no longer do a proper clean. Was told they used to do a proper clean every 3 months and no longer do. Every 3 months to me was a surprise as I thought for what I pay it would be done after each stay. There was dirt and food from months/years under couches, hair and dust everywhere in bathrooms. Was told it would be done the next morning. Waited 3 days for a clean. Management not just the cleaners need to take responsibility. Wi fi is terrible and most of the time you need to use your phone to hotspot. Definitely gone down since I was last here.

Air conditioning in main room didn't worked called management to fix it and they didn't so we had to sleep on spare room then get charged an extra $70 because we slept in spare room and the cleaner had to make the extra bed because air-conditioning didn't work in main room..this doesn't seem like mu fault.nof sure why I get charged when facilities I paid for didn't work so I had to sleep in another room

The room and facilities were excellent.

There was one particular young blonde member of staff on at reception staff who seemed to make a point of being unhelpful. She could have been just the slightest bit more accommodating. She was inconsiderate of the needs of families with very young children on more than 2 occasions. She was more interested in being on her phone.

The Kitchen was full size and was completely decked out with everything you could want!

The lack of exhaust fans in the bathrooms means there is considerable amounts of mould. Fans were missing switches and the second bedroom air conditioning unit stank so could not be used.

Everything was really lovely. The only shortfall was: 1 - There were only 2 keys per unit, and we really needed 3. It meant we had to wait a lot for the other people we were sharing with. 2 - one of the three rooms we booked was in a completely seperate tower. This again meant we had to coordinate keys more than we really should have.

Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment with everything you could need and very spacious. The pool was heated and a great size, tennis court and basketball court all great fun for the kids. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Overall an amazing resort, clean and well maintained and we would highly recommend.
