The pool was beautiful and the house was lovely

Wasn’t clean floors had marks on them and dirt. Rug smelt and was gross Couch wasn’t clean Shower head was cracked and couldn’t use one of the bathrooms Price was definitely not worth the property

Great Location, next to lots of cafes and restaurants and beach. Townhouse was spacious.

The carpets were absolutely filthy, didn't walk around without our shoes on.

Dear Management Myself and family recently stayed at Serenity on the Terrace. This holiday accommodation cost $6,518.00 for 12 nights. I think this was a high price to pay for the accommodation received. On arrival I noticed straight away there was no window covering in the bathroom adjoining the master bedroom. After a phone call with reception this was rectified the following day with a black plastic sheet. Multiple blinds were missing across the property but were in the living area so I was less concerned. The bed was extremely wobbly and as you can see from the photos attached we had to replace screws that had fallen out but it still needs further maintenance. The television in the bedroom had no signal so did not work. I was disappointed the accommodation only had 6 coat hangers in total. The ironing board needs a cover as when used, leaves metal marks on clothes. The dining rooms chairs all need maintenance, one could not be sat on as you can see from the photo. The dining table has a very sharp edge that cut my daughters leg. The oven had no oven trays (I had to purchase trays to be able to cook) and no oven gloves to protect hands. The BBQ had no utensils so this was also not great to cook on either. Multiple globes were out. The safety hand rail to access the pool safely was broken. Pool views, as advertised were incorrect. We certainly did not have pool views. We also did not have outside dining as advertised. Merely two chairs. We paid for 3 guests and could not even sit comfortably outside. The outdoor area was very disappointing. Pest control need to visit also. I hate to send this email as I wouldn’t normally complain but it felt like one thing after another and this was my holiday. I will refrain from any public reviews until I’ve had a response to my email. Thanks for reading (This is the email that I sent to Serenity on the Terrace with photos attached.
