The view, space and how clean
TV problems, didn’t work for our whole stay!

The apartment is lovely and spacious, great views, handy location and well appointed. Plenty of crockery, cutlery etc and the kitchen is lovely. Easy walking into town centre, over the bridge and to the marina.
Unfortunately, there was no WIFI (which was I did not notice on the website) and I needed it for work, so had to hotspot - would have thought it was a given - tv sound is distorted and sofas worn.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Beautiful views of the estuary and ocean. The accommodation had a fancy, luxury feel to it.
Cleanliness not so great. There was hair in the bathtub and on pillows. There were bowls in the cupboard with dried food still on them.
I would have liked extra dishwashing products, having a large family I needed to clean a lot of dishes. Only one bin liner was a bit rough, and not knowing where to get rid of recycling items (the rubbish chute sign was very strict about what could not be emptied there). No tea towels to dry dishes or pot holders for oven use, again, not practical for lots of cooking.

Location is suburb and views amazing. Beds comfy and layout of the apartment is spacious.
Would definitely book again.
Mis communication with being told we could have an early check in at 11am then told we couldnt till 2pm spoiling all of our food we had brought on the way.
No coat hangers in any wardrobes so I couldnt hang anything. We had to live out our suitcases...

The Apartment was beautiful great views lots of kitchen utensils and very close to restaurants

Cushion covers really stained and dirty should be replaced.
Some mattress toppers for those who like a softer bed would be great idea.

The location and views were second to none.
Rooms and facilities all perfect!
The only thing I would say is that the toilet was constantly leaking and needs attention, the curtains had quite a few hooks missing, carpets needed a clean in the lounge dining area and the windows were also dirty.
This feedback is based on the fact that this is supposed to be top end luxury accommodation and attention to detail is very important or the place will become old and tired looking very very quickly, the signs are already there.
We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it, but ongoing maintenance is essential if it’s going to stay top end.
Apart from the leaking toilet and some maintenance issues etc as pointed out above, we couldn’t fault it.
