Cost was too high and not satisfied with service

Staff was not friendly specially reception

Wifi not working, no problem being addressed at the right time by staff, staff was very rude

Please don't Judge the resort with the pictures it was the worst experience we ever had

Only thing good about this place is location, except for that it's a waste of money.

I could have booked any 5-star hotel in mumbai in the same price I booked Lagoon for one night. Very poor service, we had to carry the luggages to room ourselves after waiting for 30 mins at the reception and for breakfast there were hardly 2-3 options that too didn't taste well. Waste of money, won't recommend it to anyone. It just looks facinating from the outside but don't fall into the trap!

the reception staff on arrival was not at all friendly , there was no welcoming smile at all , room service was pathetic , you order for something and you need to keep reminding them to send , also to take away the soiled plates you need to keep reminding them , they did not take the plates till we left actually , rooms have become pretty old now and needs to be refurbished , damp walls/ old furniture can be noticed , There is no wheel chair access to the Gardens and the make shift Lagoon, infact the lagoon also needs to be looked after
