Good value for money, quite close to lift to Kasprowy wierch, always a free space for a car is a big plus. You get clean sheets, there is clean shower, toilet.

Squeeking floor, shower cabin is very small, you can hear quite clearly people in other rooms.

Visited off season- end of May. Authentic highlander style property feel. Room was small on the very top floor with a little balcony. Perfect if you go there to hike and just need place for the night. Off the main road with good parking space and nice little yard. Quiet at night. After checkout you can leave your car on property if you still want to explore. About 20-30 min walk both to Zakopane downtown and to the entry to National Park in Kuznice.

Though we enjoyed our stay there, we are on taller side (5’8’’ and 5’11”) and the traditional style single beds with headboard and footboard were comfortable but a bit short.

Beautiful room described as small twin but had plenty of room, little fridge for our milk. Great view, comfortable beds & lovely warm room.

I loved the location of the property and the breakfast.

Unfortunately I didn’t like the fact that it is lacking soundproofing and practically you don’t have privacy. You can hear the next door guests using the toilet, coughing or talking like there were in the same room. Also the room we were given had a very small shower you couldn’t even move in so it was very hard to use it. The beds were ok, however, even though they were clean, choice of pillows ( feathers) made them smell really bad and were very worn out. They really need to upgrade them with ones that can be easily washed and sterilised. it was definitely not for us.

All of utilities like kettle, cups, hair dryer. Clean and tidy

Although house have thick wooden walls we’ve heard everything from upside and neightbour rooms-even snoring. We’ve found earplugs what is good idea from hotel but we didn’t used them because of headache.

Friendly and familiar guesthouse. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet area. Close to tourist routes. Quick net.

Maybe have to pay for TV channels?
