Good Breakfast and friendly staff

-I loved the egg guy on the egg station with his chef hat during breakfast -When you come out of the taxi I love how somebody immediately takes your luggage for you

-We booked a Deluxe Kingsized Bedroom but it wasn't available. We got the junior sweet for the same price as an alternative for the first night BUT had to pay more if we wanted to stay in the junior sweet. Other rooms weren't unfortunately unavailable -The Internet was only good in the lobby. -The gym room was not what I expected. You couldn't set the height of the bench on a bench making it impossible to do exercises on it. There was a multi-exercise equipment where you couldnt do most of exercises in full range of motion.

humidity of the room was so high, cockroaches are every where, not similar to pictures, very bad location, unhealthy and bad breakfast, never seen a hotel breakfast like this before, we all got sick by their breakfast, no safe box in my room, never ever come back to this hotel.

Absolutely Nothing!

unimaginable room, the humidity level of this room was 100, all the walls were wet! we couldn't even breath normally! full of small cockroaches! nasty pace! dirty bathroom, I put my underwear's inside the drawer and the day after that it was full of white powder for killing cockroaches! I seriously cried for that! no safe box in my room! the Breakfast food was like hell! stale breads, coffee like brown water without any tase, no cheese, Urrrgh!! I am just wonder about the rate they have in booking, the location is also very bad, 1 hour traffic to Kuta, 1 hour traffic to seminyak! the only point i can mention was their friendly staff! oh I forgot to say about their noisy party very day on their seminar hall!

wifi very bad, yoghurt was served but resulted in diarea, fan bathroom had to be replacred, equipment in gym was not , staff was not eillingto help with ipad problem caused by bad wifi, matras was bad. in general bad maintenance

rooms nice,,, pool with floaters was amazingg

The Hotel is good, staff-nya ramah, kami sekeluarga paling suka di pool terutama baby kita, he really exited and we love the breakfast too :-)

Bed is comfortable

Cleanliness. Bathroom has a lot of water stains, and light is too dim. Soap dispenser is broken but it wasnt changed or repair on 2nd night. Ice is chargeable in reasonable price which normally is free. Room is next to pet hotel, and it is quite noisy in the morning. Also can hear what your next door talking about!
