Un día estuvimos sin agua en la ducha, lo reclamamos, tardaron ams de una hora y al final su solución es que fuesemos a otra habitación a ducharnos y volver a la nuestra (llevando ropa, toallas, etc a la otra habitación). Nos cruzamos con la dueña y ni se disculpó por los inconvenientes, de hecho nos miró de arriba a abajo. Un trato por su parte NEFASTO. No teníamos secador y tuvimos que reclamarlo. Había manchas en la pared de suciedad, una lampara descolgada y le faltaba una bombilla. En la habitación habia una mancha de moho de unos 50 centimetro en la pared, y de hecho, la habitación olía a humedad.

Easy to find and check in was fast. Room had a lot of character, not the biggest, but big enough for us! Great location!

The Hostel is located in the very center of the old city of San Sebastian. The room were clean and the stuff very helpful

Location is great and easy access with taxi stand close by.The hotel has a lift.The room was comfy with a little balcony and a view to the street.No noise from the street.

From my room I could hear the people in the room next to me which was really annoying as hard to sleep

the shower cubicle was too small, and it was pitch dark walking up the stairs, on middle floor.

only negative would have been good to have a coffee machine where you could purchase in the shared area and a mini fridge in the room
