Location is nice, but would expect a lower price for this. The bed was tiny and didnt feel 100% clean

The quality of the room, entire venue is low for the price. It feels more like a €80 per night room than a €200. The same accounts for the service.

Breakfast was excellent and staff super friendly. Room was excellent and really comfy. I loved the garden feel of the grounds, pool nice and clean and felt tranquil.

The only issue was when I arrived there was no one to greet me- I stood at the gate for nearly 15 minutes until someone came who wasn't quite sure where other staff were- eventually got my room card but was a bit of a faff. As I was staying in San Sebastian it wasn't as convenient as I would have preferred but I knew it was 3 miles out and was prepared to get taxis.

The staff were so helpful and kind and friendly - really made us and our 4 year old son feel so welcome. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

Room was lovely ,staff were friendly ,not bad location ,nice walk to centre for food and bars

No staff overnight at location ,we booked in at approx 15.00 the staff left and no staff were around until 07.30 the next morning for breakfast .There is a large roadway being built through the area so lots of construction and lorries throughout the day .The swimming pool was out of action
