The hotel was situated in Station 1 so we have 3 minutes walk to the loading and unloading of the water activities like Sunset cruise and parasailing. love the location because it is not that crowded.

It was not absolutely family friendly. I brought my parents for a relaxing vacation but unfortunately their rooms ( budget-room with private CR) were located somewhere far away and there was no elevator. We stayed in the 4th floor. It was so exhausting for the parents. And they haven't informed us in Booking.com that they don't have a lift. The photos from booking.com were so old that there were no bar beside the pool anymore. Pool was so dirty and old. We booked also one room with partial view of the beach but it is not worth the money because of the size of the room. It was so small. The budget-rooms were much better despite the elevator issue.

Very accommodating staff! Every requests we made were fulfilled like the packed breakfast because of our early flight, earlier delivery of service water and such. Also, two thumbs up for the bathroom! We just have the right size of the bathroom. There are also lots of toiletries.

Breakfast food is not that good. Also, the service water is taking too long before it gets delivered. It should be ready upon check in. But you still have to request for it. Nonetheless, they still grant every requests I made regarding the delivery of service water.

I love the place, just steps away to the shore. The staff are so friendly and nice and super sarapppp ng breakfast. Worth it!

The location is great and the staffs are very accommodating.

Perfect location. The hotel is right at the beach, and in an area which is not too noisy compared with station 2. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. They provide you with beach towels and mats, which didn't happen in other hotels

Breakfast was not that good. Not too many options (just rice with eggs and fake sussages) Bathroom is too small and showers don't have courtains or walls

Polite and nice Hotel Staffs. We got problems in our room but they immediately assist and fixed things up. So thumbs up for that..

No elevator going to our room. So its kinda tiring if you forgot something and need to go back to get it.
