The hotel was clean and very comfortable.I especially liked the quality of the pillows, the duvet, and the water pressure in the shower. The hotel was only a 10 min walk from the center of Villla de Leyva. The breakfast was simple but tasty and offered different options.
The towels were a bit small and one night we arrived past midnight we rang the bell twice and the receptionist wouldn't open. We had to call the hotel to get her to come down and she claimed we hadn't rang the bell.

Friendly staff, great location - a short walk from the main plaza, good breakfast options, beautiful rustic building, very good value for money.

the place is really nice, the staff as well...
but apparently having a birthday dinner party in the breakfast area with 20 people from 8pm to 12.30am with a guitarist playing loud music until 10.15 PM , it s OK for the owner of the place. I haven't paid not to sleep before 1am !! The owner has to be reminded that client pay to sleep and for quiet time after their day !!

The hotel was very close from Villa de Leyva's town center. It had a good view. The hotel inside is very beautiful. I loved the breakfast, specially the coffee. They allowed us to check in 1 hour earlier, which was of great help for us to keep our baggage in a safe place while we visited Villa de Leyva. There is a market and restaurant besides the hotel, which was very convenient.
The shower did not had hot water. But this should be an easy fix for them.

The staff was super nice and helpful, even though they didn't speak english we were able to communicate and they helped us. The breakfast was good with different options.

The place is nice. We arrived with a baby, the first night they did not have a cot. There was also no baby shower and it is not possible to shower in the sink, it is very small. We bought a baby shower ourselves and when we left we left it at the hotel so that other guests could use it in case they arrive with a baby. The staff overall is nice. The place is simple and nice. The breakfasts are simple. But the price is reasonable.

The place was clean and offered a good breakfast. Staff was also good and always available in case we needed something. They have a parking inside the premises which was good.
Rooms are a bit loud. We were just next to the parking so we heard the cars coming in the night.
There is a TV but no channels available in case it is something important for your stay.
Try to ask for a room far from the restaurant as it can get loud if you are a late sleeper.

Nice location in a calm neiborghood, nice wifi, TV... Five breakfast choices... Nice place in general...
My only complain is that the hot tub didn't properly work the first morning, then worked out normally...
