Great breakfast. Very nice staff. Staff provided a fan when our room was too hot.

Far from center. No air conditioning. Door to patio was almost impossible to open. Property needs updates including paint.

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the pool was perfect for our kids.

The bed sheets were made of a synthetic material instead of cotton so it was a little hot and sticky to sleep.

Common areas had a lot of light

The pictures are completely misleading. The rooms and common areas look nothing like the pictures which look modern and spacious. Out deluxe bedroom was tiny. The art on the walls included overly sexual images (woman with deep cleavage wearing a Spider-Man tshirt) that made the area more tacky and weird. Toilets had no ventilation. The room would smell with a single use of the toilet. Wifi did not work. We were on the top floor with a “deluxe” room with no wifi at all. Basic amenities were missing. The room did not provide drinking water. That’s a bare minimum but the hotel only had a filter container for water in the ground floor. No water in the room. No lockers in the rooms Staff did not speak a word of English. Impossible to communicate.

La atención de la persona de recepción, si buena actitud y sobretodo atención con los clientes. Eso me condujo a quedarme en el hotel. Felicitaciones por esa persona tan atenta y servicial.

Demasiado ruido! Se escucha todo el ruido es constante y los demás huéspedes no tienen cuidado. No dejan dormir.
