Kleines überschaubares Hotel mit tollem Bar- und Strandbereich. Das Personal war mehr als super nett... das Frühstück war interessant u lecker...
Die Lage von unserem Zimmer am Durchgang war nicht so toll, aber wir bekamen das Frühstück dafür umsonst .. Also für uns als Freunde war das okay. Der Hotelpreis empfanden wir als etwas zu hoch .. wussten das aber schon im Vorfeld ..

WOW! This is the best hotel I've stayed at in ages. The setting is absolutely beautiful - stunning white sand, crystal blue water beach and the hotel is right on the beach. Chania town is gorgeous - amazing cafes, restaurants, shops, walks and sights. really romantic and interesting. The hotel's facilities are wonderful - there's a really good, properly hot sauna. There's great exercise equipment and they organise great yoga classes. I came away feeling like a new person! My Mum almost stayed another week she didn't want to come back so much. We were very kindly offered an upgrade to one of the two bedroom rooms and the view from the upstairs is like nowhere I have ever stayed - floor to ceiling windows! There's lovely free toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel! It's spotless. Great showers. We had Netflix. The staff are just lovely - nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend highly enough!

The hotel and service were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were all lovely (special thanks to Angelia, Inna and Leo).
The area was busier than we would normally go to but the hotel more than made up for it.

Where to start?! What a fabulous boutique hotel! Perfectly located on a beautiful sandy beach, clean, well appointed & stylish rooms, double glazing on the windows, comfortable beds, wonderful friendly kind staff, great bar menu, breakfast options, excellent coffee!, fresh juices and cocktails. I did not want to leave. One of the best places I have stayed over the last two months of traveling Europe. Thank you to the beautiful staff at Vergina Beach Hotel for making my stay so memorable.

OUTSTANDING STAFF AND SERVICE, all of them from the reception to the cleaning people, so much respect. They made our stay magical by attending to all our needs. They did all they could to make us enjoy our stay. The facilities and the rooms are very good and even though they were not the best available in the market we were feeling so comfortable with the room and service. They gave us all the perfect recommendations to enjoy Crete with great food and sightseeing. Just perfect.

Vergina beach hotel is a boutique style hotel with different kind of rooms to choose from. A perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The place is well kept and very clean. Surroundings are beautiful, the front beach is nice, atmosphere is great. Many things the staff doing right and make sure customers will return.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for a beach getaway while still being close to Chania Old Town. The rooms are beautiful and modern.

the location is right on the beach. its not too far from Chania town. around 30 minutes from Chania Airport
only that is located on a busy street. other than that everything was perfect

We came for one week and had the best time. The hotel location is perfect with everything you need within walking distance. The staff were incredible and provided the best service, especially Agelos! They went out of their way to provide excellent restaurant recommendations and places to visit (must try Rustic Garden & Mitsos!). Its a great family run hotel who all go out of their way to provide the best service to customers and we will definitely be back some day as a result. The rooms were stunning, facilities excellent and the food/drinks were great value for money - especially the breakfast. I would recommend coming here to anyone who is looking to relax and be treated like royalty! We will miss Vergina but will be back :) Thanks to Angelos and the team for a great trip.

We stayed the first week in may we were upgraded on arrival free the location is perfect right on the beach front the rooms were spotless cleaned every day so peaceful there all the staff were unreal they looked after us so well nothing was to much trouble the breakfast was the best I have ever had you would be full for the day after it looking out at the view while have your breakfast was so lovely l have to say a big thank you to the staff they really made our holiday we will definitely be back

Excellent service by the Vergina Beach Hotel team! Free parking spots at the hotel. Bus stop on the other side of the street with super cheap prices to the city / airport.
Wonderful rooms, breakfast & beach (free sunbeds and towels)! Sauna, smaller pools and hamam included. Highly recommended :)

Staff- were exceptional, they take the time to really get to know you and go out of their way to add on extras.
Room- make sure you book a beach view room otherwise your balcony may face the wall. The rooms were a great size and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Also asked for a high chair in the room
Location- in high season your are surrounded by bars and restaurants. It's a beach front hotel with access to comfy lounges. A 20min bus ride to chania
Cleanliness- the cleaners do a cracking job cannot fault
Breakfast- superb for the price and if you want to mix and match items off menu there's no problem
Bathroom drains can get a little smelly

I have to say this hotel really is amazing! The staff were great and very friendly. Aggelos, Dionysos and George really made sure that our stay was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and worth it! The room was incredible with a bath overlooking the sea! I will definitely come back!

Amazing friendly staff, right on the beach with private beach for guests. Room was amazing, clean spacious with a bath. They brought us cocktailw straight to the room and really lookes after ua. It was off season so the area wasnt busy

Was a lovely boutique hotel on the beach, directly on Agia Marina beach. The breakfast was extremely generous and was located in the hotel restaurant overlooking the pool and the beach. The staff was friendly and receptive, and the overall experience was overwhelmingly lovely and exceeded expectations.

Great location right on the beach, very comfortable rooms, good beds, great shower. The breakfast was very good, huge portions too. Fantastic service from everyone, they did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible, really went the extra mile. Also everything was super clean, and they were cleaning all day nonstop.
The only thing I can think of is that the pillows were quite thick and hard, which I don’t really like, and that the wifi was sometimes not great
