Location of the resort

Beds are not comfortable, kids bed are not in a good shape and not suitable for a safe nap. Adjustments had to be made by me to make it safe.

The hotel is very clean and ALL staff are so helpful and so professional, this was evident everywhere you went in the hotel. The customer service was fantastic. The prices of drinks are on par with other bars so we felt happy to stay at the hotel and have a few drinks rather than rush straight out. Breakfast on the roof terrace makes for a beautiful start to the day. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

We would have preferred a double bed rather than two twins pushed together, but we didn’t feel the need to raise this.

Amazing sea view from the room. Good clean beach. Friendly staff always ready to help. Options to leave luggage after checkout in case of late flight. Good breakfast. Very big territory of the hotel with lots of corridors, so it was not clear how to get from room to reception.

Great location, 5min walk both to Platanias and Agia Marina. Great staff and excellent service. Very good breakfast and average dinner.

Junior suites are getting old but still worth of money.

The hotel is located near the sea and the sunbeds are free of charge (if you ask for a ticket at the reception). The food is excellent (we had half-board). The hotel has a lot of pools, billiard, ping-pong table - 2 Euro/game). The stuff was very kind and helpful. The exteriors looks great and the rooms are clean. The bathrooms looks good. The water in the sea was very warm and incredibly clean. We ask to change the room after the first day, and they give us a new and better room. If we asked for something, they usually give us what we asked for.

The rooms design is not so great, far from 5 stars. Some parts of the rooms looks old and needs refurbishment. The air conditioning are not central. They have air conditioning with air recirculation, so the air doesn't come from outside. They put pictures on booking with a room with two terraces, but not all the rooms in that category has the second terrace/balcony. Fortunately, in our case they change the room in the second day. The hotel has a lot of separate buildings and in the first day is very complicated to find your room, to find the reception, restaurant, etc. From the second day, we started to find our room easier 😀. They have photos on Booking with a kind of mini aquapark, but the aquapark is located outside of the hotel and is charged separately. They don't have enough sockets in the room, and we didn't have any socket near the bed.

I really enjoyed everything: large beautiful room with private swimming pool, good cleaning service, good breakfast options, the hotel beach and large private parking area.

Small problem regarding the preauthorization of my credit card but I hope that it will be resolved soon.

staff is not very friendly. few times i greeted and smiled but received a cold stone face on the other side. the things that bugs me the most is that this is NOT a 5 star hotel AT ALL. from the staff, to the facilities, to the rooms that always have something wrong. it was my third stay at this hotel and every time there was always something wrong with the room. it has good pools, i guess it’s good for kids, but definitely not worth your money.

The staff was really helpful and polite! The location really great (close to Chania and to fabulous beaches such as Falassarna, Balos, etc). The corner room we were given had a huge balcony with an exceptional sea view. Amazing breakfast choices with a nice terrace (and view opposite to the sea) to enjoy it. Easy check in and check out with really clean facilities! Great stay☺️!!

The beach was right in front of the hotel, which was really great of course but, the sunbeds were limited especially due to the hotel's guests which were quite a lot. The room's bathroom could have been a bit bigger/the shower cabin could have a better alignment so that the water wouldn't drip out when taking a bath. But, overall, the stay and the room was great!!
