Everything was great: House, pool/hot tub, location, beds, Josh (agent), Palm Springs. We’re going back!!!

The property is great, pool and hot tub were wonderful. The second house on property also makes it a nice spot for multi family vacationing. Bring extra TP, paper towels and garbage bags as the house is not stocked with enough for a week long rental.

We had a great time staying in this property in Palm Springs. We were able to check in early thanks to Josh and found everything we needed straight away. Very stylish decor where the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We particularly loved the outdoor space, especially the pool and hot tub. The property is 5 mins drive to downtown Palm Springs where there are plenty of great restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

This was a wonderful property for my girlfriends and I. We were all celebrating our 60th year around the sun. It's walkable to downtown for shopping, the backyard is an oasis. We were by the pool everyday and by the firepit everynight. One star off for communication, no robes or slippers available as stated in the listing also check out time was listed at 11am on the paper work and I was told it was actually 10, so we ended up having to hussle, but no big deal. Joshua the property manager was great!! I'll be back!!!

Nice mid-century modern property located in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood, just a few minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs. Booking with Alison was quick and required only a minimal number of email/document exchanges. Checking in and out with the local property manager, Josh, went smoothly without any issues. The property layout and amenities were as expected and provided nice, relaxing stay. I would suggest a few updates to the house manual to reflect the timing of the pool/spa heating (heat turns off at night for both), slightly better disclosure of the external security cameras around the pool/external shower on the property pictures and some updates on the interior pictures with the most recent changes. Overall, very nice property which I would visit in the future and recommend to friends/family as well.

Casita worked out perfectly as home/remote office!

The house was perfect. Spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, good beds, well-appointed kitchen. There are lots of seating options outside and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Quiet location but close to restaurants and shopping.

The quality and comfort of the house made us feel at home instantly. We are happy to have stayed where everything was at our finger tips. Our only regret is that we could not have stayed longer.

The property was perfect to accommodate a group of friends for a relaxing weekend getaway. All the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and the yard/pool area were wonderful. The property manager was communicative and helpful, and the house was very clean upon arrival (even with a welcome gift!)

The quality and comfort of the house made us feel at home instantly. We are happy to have stayed where everything was at our finger tips. Our only regret is that we could not have stayed longer.

It has a wonderful indoor-outdoor feel in the main living area, and the backyard is just beautiful, with so many great options for hanging out poolside or by the fire pit or just watching the mountains, either in the sun or in the shade. Though we did not use it, the casita is a great and attractive extra space for a larger group. Host/property manager were responsive and easy to work with; we had no issues. Property is nicely located close to many amenities and shopping/eating etc. but honestly we just loved hanging out at the house! We'd love to come back.

We REALLY loved this home for our family of 5 plus grandparents staying in the casita. The space is exactly like the pictures, with ample room for everyone and great outdoor amenities. The hot tub was HOT and the heated pool was such a treat as well! We used the pools and the fire pit every single night, along with all our meals outdoors on the big table. Lots of extra details were great---like blankets for outdoor use, pool toys (we added some noodles to the supply!), the BBQ grill, the Magic Bullet for smoothies, etc. The casita for my in-laws was perfect, offering them private space but yet they could join us for all the fun. The mid-century modern decor and the gorgeous light/sun every morning made this house shine. Great location as we were close to everything. The lone downside was that the dishwasher was less than stellar, so we washed our dishes by hand. I absolutely would recommend this home for other families!

This property is exactly as described on the site. Very quaint, well maintained and well equipped for everything you need. Pool is big enough to swim in and have fun for the little ones. Close to town and a 10 minute walk to Albertsons and Starbucks. Owner and property manager are very communicative and helpful too.

We had a great stay! The property was excellent for our small-group getaway to Palm Springs. The house, pool, and grounds were all in great condition -- and very stylish. It was a great retreat with fantastic sunset views. Fairly centrally located, it was everything we needed for a summer in the desert vacation! Alison was extremely prompt in communication, as was the house/property manager. We had a great visit!

We liked this place so much the first time we stayed that we returned for a second stay! Alison's home is a true delight to stay in. Her stylish mid century modern home is light and bright, has a great vibe, and has many amenities and comforts of home. It looks even better in person than in the photos! We particularly enjoyed the large comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom, with adjoining private full bathroom plus an outdoor shower! The other 3 bedrooms on the property each had a comfortable bed. The property manager pointed out that one of the king beds converts to two twins, great idea for a larger group! Although it was a small group and we did not pay extra to have the use of the casita, which contains one of the 4 bedrooms, the house manager showed it to us and it looked delightfully stylish with its own queen sized bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, desk, and television. The pool is a good size, the adjoining hot tub perfect for summer and winter evenings! Next to the pool there are four new chaise lounges plus another two chaise lounges nearby outside the guest house. The patio and overhang are great for dining al fresco, providing an amazing mountain view! The fire pit is an added bonus for making s'mores after a nice barbecue! Speaking of barbecue, there is a decent sized one on the patio that was clean and ready for use. This home had everything we were looking for and more! As I mentioned, this is our second visit to this amazing home and this time I brought a group of friends and family and spend a number of quiet days lounging on the chaise lounges, enjoying an evening jacuzzi, barbecue al fresco and dining under the stars. What an amazing vacation! Thank you Alison for providing a wonderful home and being such a great host!
