Sehr liebevolle und originelle Einrichtung, wunderschön gemacht. Viele Möglichkeiten und schöne Bereiche im Cafe, um sich aufzuhalten. Alles sehr unkompliziert, Personal super nett. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, in der man sich selbst etwas zubereiten kann.

Gegenüber unseres Zimmers war eine kleine Bar mit Musik, die hat am WE etwas gestört.

Really nice accommodation. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, great facilities. The coffee and food at the cafe were very good.

All of the windows in our family room were above head height and none of them were openable. Not very comfortable in the summer heat, but the staff were very heliport m helpful giving extra fans!

Very nice laid back atmosphere, beautiful interior design, amazing town - I had a great stay in Haarlem. If you want to avoid the Amsterdam tourists crowds, Haarlem is the perfect choice.

I had asked for a lower bunk before I came and got a really nice confirmation that this was no problem at all. When I checked in a double checked and had been assigned an upper bank. Then the nice girl at the reception changed the bed assignment and I was happy. Unfortunately when I came back for the second night of my prepaid 2, all my things were gone and moved to a luggage room, since I was swapped with a person with a stay of 1 night and one was waiting for my check out after 1 night. Then I was told (and this is the only issue in the end) that I was very lucky that they had an empty bed and I could stay another night - as if this had been my own mistake... I am really sorry, but when I pay 2 nights and you throw me out after one due to a bed assignment issue, I am not lucky when you find a bed for me, but you are! ;)

Easily one of the best hostels I have been in. It was modern, clean and it felt like they cared to give you a really good stay. They were super nice, gave suggestions on places to eat and drink and also had free lemon water available at the reception! Keep in mind that it's a "calm" hostel. If you are looking to party hard, this would not be the place to go. If you want a place outside of the city centre of Amsterdam, where you can rest on a tight budget, this is the perfect place.

I would suggest 2 things that would make this hostel absolutely perfect: some sort of curtain on each bed (to have more privacy and keep away the light) and to improve the shower so that the water doesn't spray outside of the shower cabin. That would make it a 10! Keep up the good work! I hope to be back soon! :)

It's a bit expensive for what you get. All rooms are shared bathroom, some have a private shower. We did not know that the bathroom was shared. Maybe use clearer wording. Shared bathroom with a private shower is clearer than private bathroom + external toilet.

The bed is really comfortable, and the space is big enough for everyone to sit on the bed to chill. This is really good for a solo traveller to do her stuff at night :) And the staff are nice.

1. No hooks in washroom for clothes. 2. Bathroom sink was clogged. 3. One toilet in room for 14 people, which was a big problem. 4. No charging point for each beds, only one USB cable point was available which made difficult for gadgets like camera battery and laptop to be charged.

The room it is nice, and it's very good to have bathroom/toilet in there. The mattress is very good, and the stuff it is really sweet and helpful! The Wi-Fi works really well. They will lend you a towel for free. The room it is really cozy!

The bed ladder moves when you climb and makes noise, the floor in the shower room it was completely wet, there is nothing to dry your feet.

noise level. the doors have to be slammed shut, otherwise they sound a quiet but annoying alarm. every time another guest went in and out of their room, and the central rooms, the doors slammed and woke us up. we could hear every word of everyone’s conversations in the public space inside our room.

The style for decoration everywhere, in common areas and in the room. Cozy and chillin vibes, really comfortable. The shared room has the toilet and shower inside, so it's super practical. I've booked a shared room and in check in I got an upgrade to another shared one and finally was only me in the room, so comfy.

Breakfast a little bit expensive.
