Ideal location - not far from the Main Street but away from the crowds. the property has a 400-year history that appealed to me.

I wish there was an outdoor rotenburo (hot spring) and sauna, but their facilities were sufficient.

The staff were friendly and the hot spring was wonderful. Not too big and not too smell.

There was a vey faint musty scent in the hallway. Nothing that serious.

Staff was kind, all facilities are well maintained and the location is perfect, at the right end of the main street. I booked the room at the last minute, but it was a great deal. Would like to stay here for a longer period next time. Thanks a lot!!

It'd be ideal if there was toner prepared in the room in addition to the public bath if it is considered :)

The hotel is so special. The rooms, small gardens, location - all is wonderful! The staff was so helpful and generous. We celebrated a birthday party, the staff organized a private room just for us and gave us full attention, it was an unforgettable night due to their amazing hospitality and the excellent food!
