Bar staff were friendly

Dirty rooms no ac had to switch rooms after finding a cockroach and new room was bitten alive by some kind of bug. Breakfast was minimal not worth the money

The rooms had fresh towels everyday and beds dressed or bedclothes changed everyday. Yes it needs updating but for my budget I wasn’t expecting fancy. The beds were very comfortable. I can’t say how nice the staff were we ate in the restaurant for our evening meals and food was very good but the staff especially Atillos and rest of restaurant and bar staff they made our stay so much more enjoyable. Reception staff were so helpful giving information about metros and how to get to attractions. Overall I’d highly recommend it even if not in centre of everything

Location probably just slightly further out than I thought

The room is clean and the staff in the hotel and very polite and friendly. Stayed there for just the night after we landed in Paris as we were leaving the next day to Italy

The rooms are a little congested and a little far from metro.

Breakfast is OK, the hotel is a bit far from the metro station.

The size of the room is OK, mattraces are not very comfortable. Bathroom would need some renewal.

Rooms are small but functional, Breakfast buffet has everything you want. there is a bar downstairs where you can have a beer after you arrive.

Popular with tourist groups, expect some delays at check-in / check-out.

The breakfast is very good. The room is clean and calm. The hotel is close to Porte d Orléans and good bistros

Ladies at the reception are really nice and friendly. Hotel is pretty clean.

Breakfast is very poor, coffee is not good. Room was small with a very tiny window. In general ok, but way too expensive for what you get there.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful, testy breakfast with wide choice of food.

We loved the position, prices. Was easy to take a metro or Bus. Ideal hotel for those looking to save money and for a few nights. very friendly reception staff, we were glad to know that some speak portuguese :)

The room has only two eletric outlet near windows, so who was to other beds ( we take 3 singols beds) it's not comfort to recharge our phones and computers. The room is too small.

The breakfast was okay.

Was there on a class trip. All the rooms where dirty, each one of us had problems with our room. A lot of mold, hair in the beds stains and dirt on the sheets the drains in the bathroom did not work and the water was dirty. You couldn’t even close the bathroom door and there was water damage on the flor. They would not allow everyone to change room and no compensation so we where charged full price. We where 13 persons and there was problems in every one’s room.

Hotel and staff were polite and well organised, couldn't fault it.

Hotel could do with a refurb, especially the rooms, but they were very clean.
