The charm of the courtyard.

The room wasn't cleaned and we had to ask for a second towel. The bed didn't have a bed head. No tea bags were provided.

the location was great, short walk from the Metro. it was quite a peaceful location. bed was comfortable. plenty of plug sockets. shower worked well and nice hot water.

shame the bins hadn’t been emptied, only given one towel and no bath mat. only two sachets of coffee, no milk nor tea bags. the bathroom needs a good clean and upgrade.

it was clean, cosy and very welcoming.

The location was good, appearance and the quaintness. Super clean!

The only issue encountered was the shower stall had a small leak.

I love the court yard. The personnel was very friendly as well. The room was small, but clean and comfortable and was cleaned on a daily basis.

The personnel only speaks French, which made communication difficult. Montrouge is beautiful, but far away from the typical tourist attractions of Paris.

When we arrived there was a display of laundry hanging on tables and chairs as soon as we entered the property. They then said our room was upstairs and we had several heavy suitcases and offered no assistance. When we hesitated the owner/manager offered us a 1st floor room which was acceptable. Recommendation: have a better welcome to your guests than hanging laundry.

The owner was really kind and helpful. The place is cute, with a very personal look, and I loved that there was a proper fridge! I had to leave very early in the morning but was able to buy myself food the day before thanks to it : ) The location itself is a bit far from everything, but there are places to eat at, the metro station is close, and the RER station is not too far either, so you can get to where you want to go easily.

These seem to be almost universal problems in this area, but the prices have risen quite a lot in the last few years, and somehow water pressure in the showers is always abysmal.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Well connected with metro line 4 to the city. Depending on construction of the metro lines train can be going till 10 pm but there is alternative bus route. Other than this the locality is very cute and there is a very nice Mauritian restaurant called French Dodo near the hotel which is highly recommend.

Locking the door was a bit tricky.

loved the charming little garden area to sit outside with flowers, and great quiet neighborhood nearby metro stations, shops and parks. Very friendly helpful staff!!!!

our room was a bit small but nicely appointed with a reading light next to bed-also owner offered us a larger room if we preferred but we liked the windows and privacy

The host was great and prompt in helping me. Just excellent.

The room was very small with 2 people getting in each others way and while close to some nice areas the immediate surroundings were a little tired. I thought it expensive.
