Checking in and checking out was easy. There aren't really any other pros to this place. I'm sure you can find way better closer to the city for the price we paid. The pictures are doctored too much to make it look spacious. It was not.

The room was so small, we could barely fit with our suitcase inside it, it was nothing like the pictures. There were french fries from the previous people all over the floor and under the bed. The bathrooms are falling apart and the shampoo and soap were not refilled even after we asked them for some shampoo. You can't move in the showers it is so small, we would end up turning it off or switching it to cold water if we moved the slightest bit. It is not within walking distance of the major things to see in Barcelona so you have to get there by car and even the taxis had trouble finding it. Expect to walk over 30 minutes to anything nice.

Toilet door couldn’t close! Ask if can change room n said all room full. Inside the kettle is rusty. Luckily notice it when I pour the boiled water out. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper available when check in. Have to request for another one. All attractions need at least 20-25mins by bus to reach. Not convenient n price of accommodation doesn’t match.

Ben the receptionist was incredible to us. Beautiful terrace and room.

Bathroom had an issue with draining the shower but the team were very helpful with fixing and compensating for the inconvenience

Big and comfy rooms, big bathroom, quiet neighborhood, near metro station.

Reception hours from 12 to 21h. First night the rooms had no shades or curtains… easily sorted out for the following days.

Clean sheets and comfy beds. Iron and ironing board provided and fresh drinking water each day.

I was required to pay upfront even before arrival then the balance at check in. The shower didn’t drain and very small and mouldy in the corners. The whole place had a general air of dilapidation. One star so no staff on site out of hours or safe in the room. A lot of noise transfer between rooms.
