Receptionist(Island lady) was polite and helpful.

Water entered into the room/carpet from the washing machine. Had to move room late at night (10pm) I paid for undercover parking and couldn't get my $10 change until the next day. We had to leave the Quest at 7am Sat and Sun to travel to our venue and couldn't get the $10. I rang the receptionist and asked for the $10 to be added to my returned bond. They couldn't do it! Now I have $10 at the reception waiting for me to pick up.. I explained I live in Matamata.

Walls were so thin you could hear people next door talking and snoring very clearly

Great location, handy to motorway, easily able to find restaurants nearby.

Beds, are very hard, could do with a mattress topper, and pillows hard and flat!!
