That is was close to city centre
Absolutely disgusting it was dirty, had cobwebs on walls and above headboard, thick patches of dust on walls & skirting boards hasn't been vacuum behind bed and under behind bedside draws sneezing coughing all night around toilet filthy, toilet brush completely covers in dust and around back of toilet & sides, the spa bath had what looked like x 2 pubic hairs on it mould in bathroom I have photos to prove this. in the past I have stayed there before last motel managers where fantastic the place was very clean and well looked after , these motel managers (asian) have not kept up maintenance or cleaning of this motel, it a real shame this is the worst motel I have stayed in for over 20 years so disgusted and disappointed this was a nice motel once.
I do not recommend I am sure they let out some of these room to Emergency housing as well. A total let down and waste of our hard earned money.

The location was perfect. Short 2 minute walk to the stadium for the rugby. Also close to all other amenities, esteries, and the PaknSave. The place was a lot cleaner than other reviewers said. It's super tidy and better than we expected. The family apartment is very well equipped and just all round a decent stay. Staff was lovely on arrival. She checked us in early and was super helpful. I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews because it ended up being a really good stay.
The heatpump took a long time to figure out how to work, and because it was cold and wet, we were very cold. But once we got there, it was perfect.

Convenient location to cbd. Comfortable beds. Decent kitchen and fridge. Clean facilities with fresh towels daily. Water pressure in showers was good.
its a bit run down. The couches in the apartment have seen better days. the frypan was fit for the bin not cooking. A minor complaint really but it was not inexpensive so I would expect better. Parking for the apartments is woeful.

All in all everything was good, enjoyed our stay 👍 Nice cosy and comfortable room, clean linen, location handy to town, will be back for another stay! Cheers Cath 🙂

Host was lovely
We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and unfortunately it was not liveable. We had to book elsewhere for the night. It was grubby, it smelt old and musty, the couches were dirty with old cushions on them that didn’t look clean at all. Barely wanted to sit anywhere in the apartment unfortunately. For the price it was not worth it at all!

The lady who we dealt with was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome.
it was situated in an area that was surprisingly quite, considering it’s by the stadium etc.
unfortunately due to things out of the poor owners control, the room wasn’t up to standard in terms of being clean.
it’s a busy time of year and she seems to be cleaning the rooms herself and running the place.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness, very dirty. Old socks under the beds, oven was dirty, fridge had marks down it, walls were dirty & court yard overgrown

the furnishings were old, ripped and smelly. the carpets need cleaning. there was mmould in the rooms. tvs in the rooms didn’t work. had to stay the extra night because after ringing property owners we couldn’t change dates we had a family member pass and I rang property and it wasn’t possible to change dates through booking. com. was disappointed with owner and property.
