Staff wasn't friendly or helpful. The whole hotel has ONE highchair. Room was dirty. Lied about paperwork when checkout. Won't ever book again.

Beds were comfortable. Shower was good.

Breakfast wasnt to temperature. Main meal the first night took in excess of 50 minutes to arrive. There was clearly cost cutting in the room because the kettle was budget. That speaks volumes The price was an absolute ripoff and I only went along with it because my wife wanted to stay there. We have stayed in $300 per night hotels that were better equipped and provided better and more efficient meals I did some research following my stay to find out that the hotel is owned by an Iwi Corporation, as I understand it most Iwi Corporations pay little or no tax. That is not only immoral, it is racist. I will be doing such research in the future so I can avoid such parasites.

Fantastic hotel located on the river and well within walking distance of several dining options. The room was incredibly comfortable as well. The hotel offers valet parking for an extra fee, which may be useful if you do not want to deal with street parking.

For the price, I expected a little bit more of the room. The TV is not really a newer model, I can’t connect my iphone to it or access Netflix. I tried ringing fronroom service (i was going to order something to eat) but nobody was answering, i tried like 3 times.

No negatives, perfectly fine for the price.

Room was lovely & clean, bed was comfy & staff with late night snack service were great. I was tired & hungry & they were helpful & cheerful.

The breakfast options were plentiful, staff were very friendly and easy to check in. the location was great, easy to walk to the city and surrounding restaurants.

you weren’t able to book car parking yet all free carparks had been reserved with cones. there was nowhere to sit for breakfast as all tables were dirty. I found someone’s personal items had been left in my room from a guest.
