Spacious and modern room with a good bathroom. Nice view from the balcony. Good buffet breakfast.

The breakfast wasn't served until 8 o clock. A bit late since I had to leave earlier. But I could start eating at 7:30.anyway.

Breakfast was good with various options. Location is walking distance from many places and especially the Bazaar Bed was comfortable Room size and facilities was acceptable It was a nice experience to have Sauna in the room, however it bit old and require maintenance.

Hot water was not always available tap water doesn't taste good The room acoustic is bad, you can hear everything in the next rooms Sauna and steam room in the room are bit old and not fully functional (require repair)

they offered us a room with a sauna and jacuzzi for a slightly higher price, and that's not a problem, but the problem is that neither the sauna nor the jacuzzi worked

Evening time didn't have possiblity get shower because no hot water 🙃.

I did not place the lowest mark as the manager changed us the room that had many flaws they knew about but considered it's ok to invite the guests in a 'problematic' room!

Be careful! THE HOTEL might CHARGE YOU TWO TIMES! The receptionist could not check the Card Payment and asked for cash, w/o issuing the paper slip. IN MY CASE AFTER A MONTH OF DISCUSSIONS AND PROOFS WITH 'NOT SO WISE' MANAGERS OR OWNERS they confirmed they got payment 2 times. But still AFTER 2 MONTHS NO REFUND AND IGNORING THE MESSAGES! Even BOOKING support called them asking to solve the issue correctly did not help. So, better go for alternative hotels, as this kind of 'service' should not exist.

Poor breakfast, dirty room, weak wifi signal, loud toilet, no warm water in shower and lazy personal.

Very chic hotel, little turkish style! Breakfast was very good managed and superwised by a very nice lady!

A hotel with a lot of noise, dirty, the food at breakfast was not good. dirty bathroom, dirty and very small room. I do not recommend at all.
