The whole accommodation and welcome were excellent

Close to most attractions and love the theme of the house.

We (unfortunately) rely on Wi-Fi for day to day holiday tasks. The wi-fi was a bit unreliable.

The host Francesca could certainly provide other hosts of properties with a lesson in how to host a property. She is an amazing host who could not do enough for us. The property has been in her family for many years and provides lots of character. The pantry and fridge were stocked with so much food we found it impossible to eat it all!

The property is close to railway lines and a road which means it can be a bit noisy at night.

L’appartement est charmant et spacieux, il a beaucoup de caractère. Francesca est absolument charmante, accueillante et pleines de bons conseils pour les lieux à visiter, les itinéraires, le parking de la voiture. Le petit-déjeuner prévu est est gargantuesque et pour tous les goûts.

The appartment was even more beautiful than the pictures. So cozy, clean and decorated with a domestic charm. The host Francesca was so nice to explain everything, from the heritage to the little secrets from the locals (where to eat park, shop and what to see). You can reach city center in just 20 min. (easy walk) or catch a bus/tram which is few minutes away. When in Firenze we'll definately stay at her place again.

Francesca, the host, was a delight and the house was full of character. There was a ton of food in the fridge and on the counter. We were able to make enough sandwiches for our entire visit! There is a big supermarket close by and a tram (T1) that can take you to Santa Maria Novella and beyond. The house is inside a gated courtyard with its own little porch. There are two kitchens, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a twisty hallway.

The beds were not very comfortable. The shower in the second bathroom was just a drain and a shower curtain, so water gets all over the floor. The kitchen was well equipped, but lacked a pot big enough to cook pasta. There is no living room. it is noisy with the windows open but not too bad with closed.
