Staff were very friendly and did their best to help us and our 1 year old baby despite not speaking much English. Scrambled eggs were delicious.

The bed was a bit squeaky, which kept waking me up several times, and the mattresses were quite thin, but overall, it wasn't a big deal compared to all the rest that they offer :)

Lovely staff, amazing location, amazing views from our room. Place was very clean and welcoming. Really nice for a couple who came on a skiing trip.

It is a bit far from the city center (on foot), but it is fine by car. The receptionist could not speak english. We could hear every noise from the room next to us.

The staff we warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, and they were very polite and courteous. There was a good selection for breakfast.

Cozy like at home, pleasant atmosphere both in the house and around, away from the noisy part of Zakopane. Mountain hiking trails start close to home. People are friendly and helpful, excellent communication before check-in and beyond.

Anja was very welcoming and so nice! it was wonderful. She even texted us in advance to ask if we have any special requests for breakfast, which was lovely and considerate. The place is so beautiful, the garden is huge and very well taken care of, you have tons of privacy in an extremely beautiful garden.

Nice garden and place in a quiet neighbourhood, good breakfast although the second day at 9 some things were already gone and we had to ask for coffee twice, first day they offered it automatically.. The double room is with 2 separate beds unfortnately, not very comfortable and the bathroom really stinks like a cesspit. Bathroom door can't be left open. A bit far from town centre it's not walking distance you need to drive there and parking is paying.

I do not know where to start!!! They get the money three days prior to my arrival for deluxe room and when I get there... guess what?!? The room was not available! They gave me another room up in the attic and when I told them that was not the room I booked they made me choose between that room and a classic room. They claimed that they make me a better offer - I explained them several times I already booked the room that suits my needs and the one I finally chose was not that one. They also tried to make me deny the pure reality!🤕 The second day I received a noshow mail from Booking?!?!?!? The property told me they have problems in the system... Really?!? Anyway, here comes part two... money! As long as they charged me for approx 800 polish zlots and the room they gave me was 700 zlots I told them that the difference should be kept as a paymemt for my dog - 50 zlots/day total 100 zlots. You may think it's easy, but they did not - 2x50 makes 150. They speak enlish only when they have something to gain. The accommodation is 6 km away from Zakopane. I believe the balcony was never cleaned - a lot of big spiders, dust and so on Given the aforementioned I decided to leave one day earlier and checked in somewhere else - I didn't ask for any refund. I hope they are satisfied with the 400 PLN they earned! It is ashame! This is not a way to make money or tourism! This ugly experience was a first for me and I asked Booking to give me the possibility to rate that place as a WARNING SIGNAL for the one's who wants to hear!!!

Beautiful garden, nice rooms, goos local foos for dinner and really great breakfast!

maybe a way of improvement to share some tips and hints with the guests, like links to book online for the parking at Morskie Oko, or where can we take the bus to the most popular hikes (parking was a nightmare everywhere) and schedule for the buses. we could figure most of this, but it could have been “the cherry on the cake”

The accommodation was wonderful, very clean and in very nice and quiet location. The staff was very nice for the whole time and the breakfast was perfect, especially the pancakes (crepes) were gorgeous!
